Zimmerman's attorneys win battle in murder trial
Judge Debra Nelson on Saturday ruled that the audio experts recruited by the
state of Florida would not be allowed to testify in court.
In a hearing that began on June 6, 2013, the state presented evidence from
two audio experts, Thomas Owen and Alan Reich. The state had hoped to tell
the jury that their scientific analysis of the screams for help on the night
of the shooting prove that the screams came, in fact, from Martin.
- Will they railroad him into prison anyway in the name of preventing black
rioting?

Le Pen told supporters: 'For those who like to talk about World War II, to
talk about occupation, we could talk about, for once, the occupation of our
territory.
'There are no armoured vehicles, no soldiers, but it is an occupation all
the same and it weighs on people.'
- The fundie ragheads didn't write the laws that made this possible, their "Liberal"(commie) trash did. Our real enemies, like theirs, were born within our own borders and have white skin. Our real enemies are right here, not hiding in a cave on the other side of the world.
And it's not about 'race.' That's just a key term the commies use to
control/manipulate the sheeple. It's not really even about religion, it's
about culture. The ameri-commie culture will bring about the complete
destruction of western civilization in their efforts to force their evil

process.

Is there a peaceful solution to the current mess in government?
And what about our stellar Republican leadership in Congress? Are they up in
arms about this? Are they determined to bring articles of impeachment
against Obama in the House and then conduct a trial in the Senate on the
merits of the charges against him and a plethora of shady administration
officials who have also lied, such as Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Janet
Napolitano, and Kathleen Sibelius?
Well, no, they are not, at least not most of them. Instead they, like their
Democrat counterparts, are pitching hissy fits over Edward Snowden, the
snarling demon from hell who wickedly ratted out the lying government
jackbooted thugs who engaged in illegal activity by monitoring the movements
of over 100 million American citizens without any legal authority to do so.
- No. It will take an extensive and thorough "Liberal"(commie) season to fix
this mess if it can be fixed, with treason trials to follow.

Chelsea Chaney sues Fayette County Schools for $2 million over bikini photo
Chaney’s bikini photo was allegedly shown by the Fayette County School's
technology administrator as an example of what not to post on social media
as the caption below her photo in the assembly allegedly stated “Once it’s
there – it’s there to stay.”
The concerns of Ms. Chaney and her parents include the facts that Ms. Chaney
was only 17 years old at the time the photo was taken, and the school did
not have the young lady’s or her parents’ permission to use the photo
publicly. It appears as though the school official who used the photo failed
to even attempt to obtain permission to use the photo.

Our society pretends they're asexual creatures until they turn 18 then it's

'Walking while armored (and black)' apparently grounds for suspicion in New York
Much of the debate between Foster and Assistant District Attorney
Christopher Ryan seems for now to revolve around whether or not the police
could have seen the vest that supposedly prompted the initial stop. That
debate seems to miss a larger point: why is strictly defensive behavior
considered justification to subject the "perpetrator" to the indignity of an
intrusive search--why is it "probable cause" for violation of the people's
right to be secure in their persons?
While federal law bans possession of body armor by felons (a topic worthy of
its own discussion), and New York law bans the wearing of body armor while
armed and committing a violent felony (an attempt in New York a couple years
back to simply ban body armor sales to private citizens failed to pass),
neither federal nor state law (and nothing this column could find in New
York City law) seems to provide any justification for the presumption of
"probable cause" to suspect a crime based on merely the wearing of body
armor.
- Not the first time the "Black Panthers" have
ran afoul of 'gun laws.' In a police state such as New Yawk City 'probable cause' is whatever they
claim it was.

LA Times Reports Hastings Was Going Into Hiding Before His Death
Hastings also talked about government attempts to control the internet. “On
the one hand, we’re already bombarded with so much government propaganda, it
might be hard to notice,” he wrote. “But I think we’d definitely see a more
direct targeting of certain communities within the U.S. with propaganda that
was produced overseas. I think what we’d also see is all sorts of disturbing
online and internet initiatives produced by the government. The Pentagon is
already trying to do this.”
Prior to his death, Hastings was working on a story about Jill Kelly, the
military socialite who received email messages from Paula Broadwell, the
biographer who had an affair with former general and CIA director David
Petraeus. Kelly believes the FBI leaked her name to the media to discredit
her.

Mueller: FBI uses drones to spy in US
Mueller made the revelation before the Senate Judiciary Committee after
being questioned by the panel’s ranking member, Sen. Chuck Grassley
(R-Iowa). The news comes amid a debate over National Security Agency
programs used to collect U.S. phone records and overseas Internet data.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), the chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence
Committee, told Mueller that she believes drones are the most dangerous
threat to the privacy of Americans, particularly the use of drones by
private companies.

Federal nullification efforts mounting in states
Imagine the scenario: A federal agent attempts to arrest someone for
illegally selling a machine gun. Instead, the federal agent is arrested —
charged in a state court with the crime of enforcing federal gun laws.
Farfetched? Not as much as you might think. The scenario would become
conceivable if legislation passed by Missouri's Republican-led Legislature
is signed into law by Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon. The Missouri legislation is
perhaps the most extreme example of a states' rights movement that has been
spreading across the nation. States are increasingly adopting laws that
purport to nullify federal laws — setting up intentional legal conflicts,
directing local police not to enforce federal laws and, in rare cases, even
threatening criminal charges for federal agents who dare to do their jobs.
- If we had men in this country that's exactly what would happen,

Amnesty could remove firearms disabilities from millions of current lawbreakers
Under existing United States Code, “It shall be unlawful for any person …
who, being an alien … is illegally or unlawfully in the United States … to …
possess … any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in
interstate or foreign commerce.”
That appears to mean, unless that law is changed, untold millions who have
willfully violated federal immigration laws -- for years -- could become
eligible to own and carry guns, because there is nothing in U.S. Code
prohibiting "provisional immigrants."
- Guess this means we won't get sent to a Mexican prison if we cross over
with a stray bullet under out car seat? Guess again.

hospitalized as victims of various incidents of raucous gunfire that erupted
overnight.
It started at 5:20 p.m. in Grymes Hill, Staten Island, where a man, 40, was
shot in the left armpit at Clove Avenue and Howard Avenue, cops said. The
victim was transported by private vehicle to Richmond University Medical

'Impure thoughts' shatter 12-year-old girls dream to play football with the boys
Blythe said she feels the school’s reasoning is absurd, telling WXIA: “I
think it’s absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn’t be held against Maddy that
the boys can’t control their urges and their thoughts. They need to learn
how to handle what’s going on with them just like she needs to learn how to
handle what’s going on with her growing up, and I think it could be a good
learning experience for both the boys and any girls that decide to play at
the school.”
When asked about the possibility of lusting in non-sports activity, such as
walking down the school halls, Blythe says the school had no explanation.
- What idiot came up with the idea that boys have to be 'taught' to have

Mexico: Becoming More Middle Class and Pretending Otherwise
One example of severe stupid: in 2011, the US gave wealthy Mexico $411
million in foreign aid. Meanwhile, Mexico currently ranks #14 for GDP among
nations — it’s rich! Forbes’ March 2013 list of billionaires counted 11 from
Mexico.
Even with economic improvements however, Mexican pols are addicted to the
cushion of easy-money remittances from their expats ($24 billion in 2012).
I’ve been writing since 2003 that Mexico is a very wealthy country and
didn’t need transnational welfare from Uncle Sucker. The country has had a
big population living in poverty but also has the financial resources to
improve the well being of its citizens by investing in education and
infrastructure.

Thousands of Syrians Will Be Resettled in American Communities
The Department of Homeland Security on Monday issued new regulations that
will allow more Syrian refugees to temporarily settle in the United States.
The department estimates that about 9,000 people will be eligible to come to
America under the 18-month extension to March 2015 of the Temporary
Protected Status (TPS) for Syrians. Another 2,600 or so Syrians already here
will be able to apply to renew their status. The Obama administration first

status was set to expire on Sept. 30.

GOA Taking on Zero Tolerance in Schools
Gun Owners Foundation has come to the defense of a West Virginia teenager
who is actually being prosecuted (a.k.a., persecuted) for his pro-gun views.
Jared Marcum wore a T-shirt to his Logan County middle school in West
Virginia on April 18 -- a decision that has since sparked a national
controversy.
No, Jared’s T-shirt did not depict a Muslim beheading a victim while
shouting Alahu Akhbar! Such depictions of violence would violate the
school’s dress code.
Jared’s T-shirt depicted a hunting rifle with the message: “Protect Your
Right.” And now, he faces up to a year in jail for doing so!

GOA says The House is Key to Killing Anti-gun Amnesty
While pro-gun House members held an anti-amnesty press conference, your

As Senator Ted Cruz told Rush Limbaugh yesterday, “[There] is nothing more

our voice be heard.”
All the while, House Speaker John Boehner told reporters, to their horror,
that he wouldn’t bring an anti-gun amnesty bill to the floor over the
objections of a majority of House Republicans. According to anti-gun
reporter Anne Kornblut of The Washington Post: “That’s a real tough one.”

While the solstice is commonly called the longest day of the year, it is not
the date of earliest sunrise or latest sunset. The earliest sunrise occurs
about a week before the solstice and the latest sunset about a week after.
This results from a combination of Earth’s changing speed as it orbits the
Sun and the tilt of its axis.
As Earth orbits the Sun each year, the Summer Solstice marks the position of
Earth where the Northern Hemisphere is leaning most in the direction of the
Sun, and the Southern Hemisphere is leaning most away from the Sun. For
inhabitants of the Southern Hemisphere this is the beginning of winter.
- The days will soon be getting shorter but the northern hemisphere is still

Pro-gun Republican wins vacated Democrat seat in Connecticut
A political theme being advanced by “progressives,” that pro-gun support is
going to cost politicians their seats, got a harsh reality check Tuesday
when Republican Samuel Belsito captured the Connecticut State Legislature’s
53rd House District. The special election, held to replace Democrat
representative Bryan Hurlburt, who resigned to take a job with the U.S.
Department of Agriculture, marks the first time a Republican has won the
district in 40 years, The Journal Inquirer reported.
For those gauging the impact of the gun issue, Belsito “said he would have
voted against the recent gun control legislation.” Importantly, his
opponent, Democrat Anthony Horn, felt the same way.

Law Enforcement Advocates Group Blasts “Shamnesty” Bill
Some opponents of the immigration reform measures, meanwhile, are even
arguing that the future of America’s constitutional Republic could be at
stake if the controversial legislation gets through. More than a few
Republicans have also argued that if the bill becomes law, aside from
rewarding illegal activities, Democrats may be creating enough new voters to
completely seize control of the federal government. Homeland Security boss
Janet “Big Sis” Napolitano even predicted that immigrants would turn the
Republican stronghold of Arizona into a Democrat-dominated state.
In a strongly worded letter to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) this week, the Law
Enforcement Officers Advocates Council (LEOAC) joined the growing chorus of
opposition voices, laying out multiple arguments against what the group
blasted as “the U.S. Immigration Capitulation Act of 2013” and “Shamnesty.”
According to LEOAC, which is asking for its criticism to be entered into the
congressional record, border security is already an abject failure after
being sabotaged by top officials from the Bush and Obama administrations —
and the amnesty legislation would make the problems worse.
- This won't be fixed until enough develop the resolve to do what will be
required.

GOA Status Report on the Immigration Amnesty Bill
In 1986, Ronald Reagan signed the Simpson-Mazzoli amnesty bill. The supposed
trade-off was that illegal aliens would be granted amnesty, but illegal
immigration would be stopped.
Illegal aliens were, in fact, granted amnesty. But, fueled by this first
round of amnesty, 11.5-20 million more illegals flooded into the country.
The border was never secured.
Now, Chuck Schumer is telling Marco Rubio, that this new bill will grant
amnesty, but, in return, secure the border. But when Grassley and Cornyn
offer amendments to require border security before amnesty, what does
Schumer say? In effect, "border security is unachievable, so Schumer's
supposed wonderful amnesty program would never happen under that condition."
- Here's my addendum to GOA's message: The commies want the illegals here so they can get them to vote commie. Fences work both ways. The border patrol needs to patrol the voting booths during election time and check for illegals and dead sheeple. We need to require proof of citizenship, literacy in English and a basic test of history and the form of government we're supposed to have here before anyone is allowed to vote.
And why hasn't chuckie schemer et al. been arrested, tried for treason and
executed yet?

"There is a well-reasoned argument that in international law, a declaration
of war is passé, a policy relic of a not-so-distant past. That is because
the U.N. Charter, ratified by the United States and thus the law of our
land, requires that U.N. members "refrain in their international relations
from the threat or use of force" unless directed by the United Nations. That
provision prohibits force against "any state." Other charter provisions
require that members "settle their international disputes by peaceful
means." Those provisions, taken together, indicate little room today for a
state's unilateral declaration of war." -
