From the commies:
Could SCOTUS be the death panel for commie care?
"Several respected conservative legal experts essentially agree that the court would have to radically break with past rulings to strike down the law. John McGinnis, a former Bush 41 administration Justice Department official and a past winner of an award from the Federalist Society, told TPMmuckraker that the court could rule in favor of the AGs only by taking a radical Originalist view of jurisprudence -- one that all but ignores precedent. "I think the only person who shares [that view] is Justice Thomas." said McGinnis, now a constitutional law scholar at Northwestern Law School. "It's a very difficult argument to make under current precedent."
That's the problem with depending on the shysters to restore Liberty.
The shyster system is part of the problem.

Citizens sue feds to block commie care
"Four Michigan residents who object to the government forcing them to
purchase health-care insurance and pay for abortions have joined in a
federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the health-care
reform bill President Obama signed into law yesterday. "

And another one from the commies:
Vandals attack demoncrat offices nationwide
"Pinson, Alabama-based blogger Mike Vanderboegh has been tracking the breaking of windows at Dem offices after issuing a call Friday: "To all modern Sons of Liberty: THIS is your time. Break their windows. Break them NOW."
It's far from clear whether Vanderboegh's call to arms has anything to do with the incidents around the country.
The Kansas City Star identifies Vanderboegh as a former leader of the Alabama Constitutional Militia.
His blog, Sipsey Street Irregulars, identifies with the so-called "Three Percenter" doctrine: "During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King's tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists."
Can't say I'd recommend doing this. But can't say I'd be sorry if some
Liberty killing demonscum happened to be standing on the other side of a
window when any object traveling at a high speed passes through it. That
being written there are some 'conservative' democrats, more
'conservative' or Liberty minded, which is the important part, than many
republicrats. See the article link on McCommie below...

IRS Nazis to force commie care down our throats at the point of a govt. gun
"If either an individual or a business has failed to comply with this mandate for any month out of the year, they are required to pay a separate tax to the IRS. For individuals this is a maximum of $750 per person (up to $2,250 per household) and $750 per uncovered employee for businesses."
Snip.
"An analysis done by Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee
estimated that this $10 billion could go to fund an additional 16,500
new IRS agents and other personnel to monitor and enforce the new
mandates.
“[T]he IRS could add more than 16,500 additional agents, auditors,
examiners, and administrative support personnel to enforce large
portions of the nation’s health insurance system,” the
report said."
Maybe this will get many 'conservatives' and 'libertarians,' loosely
defined, off their asses on the issue of how evil the IRS and Communist
Manifesto inspired income tax is and has always been. Maybe most will
learn where their local IRS offices are located for future reference.

Collapse of the Amerikan empire: swift, silent, certain
"Why? Throughout history imperial leaders inevitably emerge and drive
their nations into wars for greater glory and "economic progress," while
inevitably leading their nation into collapse. And that happens suddenly
and swiftly, within "a decade or two."

5th state exempts their guns, is the district of commies noticing?
"A fifth state – South Dakota – has decided that guns made, sold and used within its borders no longer are subject to the whims of the federal government through its rule-making arm in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and two supporters of the growing groundswell say they hope Washington soon will be taking note."
I think we know what will be ultimately required to get their attention.
The BATF Nazis should be defunded, their Nazis arrested, tried for
treason and executed, and their retirement funds redirected to their
victims and their families. End of discussion.

French govt. backs down on carbon tax plan
"Prime Minister Francois Fillon told parliament that the government should focus on policies that increased France's economic competitiveness."

Army drops bayonets, busts abs in training revamp
"Most of these soldiers have never been in a fistfight or any kind of a physical confrontation. They are stunned when they get smacked in the face," said Capt. Scott Sewell, overseeing almost 190 trainees in their third week of training. "We are trying to get them to act, to think like warriors."
How pathetic we have all become... I have come to decide the empire
would be better off with mandatory military service for all. At least
the population would get some exposure to reality at some point in their
lazy mindless lives. See my book list for Heinlein's view on this issue.

Bees in more trouble than ever after bad winter
"The mysterious 4-year-old crisis of disappearing honeybees is deepening. A quick federal survey indicates a heavy bee die-off this winter, while a new study shows honeybees' pollen and hives laden with pesticides."

TV's Dan'l Boone and Davy Crocket both die on the same day
"Fess Parker, who starred as Davy Crockett on the wildly popular 1950s TV series of the same name, died Thursday of natural causes, The Associated Press reported. He was 85."
Grew up watching 'Daniel Boone.' Don't remember much about the Crocket show. It was a little before my time I guess. While they probably weren't too historically accurate, I could tell they weren't filmed in Kentucky, they at least taught kids a little about our history and their part in it. See the quote below the tomahawk video at the bottom of this page.

Predictions of our future under commie care
"Republicans won’t really try to repeal it. Republicans will run this fall on a promise to repeal this deeply unpopular bill, and will likely reap the political advantages of that promise. But in reality there is little chance of their following through. Even if Republicans were to take both houses of Congress, they would still face a presidential veto and a Democratic filibuster."
Of course the republicrats won't do anything. Have they ever repealed any of the communism we're forced to exist under at the point of a govt. gun?
It will take many expensive suits hanging along Pennsylvania Ave. to fix
this mess if it can be fixed. That's the only thing that will get the
attention of the arrogant ones.

Taking the Tenth - The last hope
"Washington has learned to insulate itself from interference by the population. Huge impenetrable bureaucracies beyond public control make regulations that amount to laws, spending God knows how much money to do God knows what for the benefit of the interest groups that run the government. These bureaucrats cannot be fired and usually cannot be named. Congress, like the bureaucracies, serves not the United States but the big lobbies. The looters of Wall Street wreck the lives of millions, and get millions in bonuses for doing it instead of the end of a rope."
I can only repeat what I have been writing for a long time:
It will take many expensive suits hanging along Pennsylvania Ave. to fix
this mess if it can be fixed. That's the only thing that will get the
attention of the arrogant ones.

The beginning of what will be required...
"Anyone paying attention knows that John McCain has been a Big-Government Globalist Neocon (BGGN) for virtually his entire senatorial career. As with many BGGNs hiding out in the Republican Party, McCain likes to talk about smaller government, but his track record is littered with the promotion of one big government program after another. But, what else would one expect from a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)?
"Lately, however, McCain has outdone himself. He has introduced two bills in the US Senate that are about as Machiavellian as they could be. I am referring to S.3081, a bill that would authorize the federal government to detain American citizens indefinitely without trial, and S.3002, a bill that would authorize the federal government to regulate vitamins, minerals, and virtually all health and natural food products."
Another example of
why the republicrats are no better than the demoncrats. But the stupid
sheeple will put them in control of congress again and again they will
do nothing to restore our Liberty or the republic. They will have to be
held accountable as well.

"George Woodwell, founder of the Woods Hole Research Center, suggests that the warmers are gearing up for a big propaganda push. In one of his e-mails, Woodwell said that researchers have been ceding too much ground. He criticized Pennsylvania State University for their academic investigation of Professor Michael Mann, who wrote many of the e-mails leaked from the Britain’s now disgraced Climate Research Unit."
The communists and the elitists who fund them are
using the 'environmental' movement to achieve their goals. End of
discussion.
