Franklin Graham On The Wrong Side Of The Bible And History

Adolf Hitler would never have been able to become the fuhrer of Germany without the collaboration and cooperation of Germany’s evangelical pastors and churches. It is an absolute truth that the blood of Hitler’s victims flows to the doorsteps of Germany’s churches. There were some 14,000 evangelical churches in Germany at the time Hitler and his fellow Nazis were rising to power. Out of those 14,000 pastors and churches, only 800 had the courage and sagacity to oppose Hitler. That equates to about 5%.

Graham and Land are either totally ignorant of the meaning and ramification of “universal background checks” or they are willing participants in America’s subservience to an ever-burgeoning police state. Either way, they are both on the wrong side of the Bible and history.

Beshear Vetoes House Bill 279

“Religious freedom is a cornerstone of this great nation, and a right enshrined in both the United States Constitution and the Kentucky Constitution,” said Gov. Beshear. “I value and cherish our rights to religious freedom and I appreciate the good intentions of House Bill 279 and the members of the General Assembly who supported this bill to protect our constitutional rights to practice our religion. However, I have significant concerns that this bill will cause serious unintentional consequences that could threaten public safety, health care, and individuals’ civil rights. As written, the bill will undoubtedly lead to costly litigation. I have heard from many organizations and government entities that share those same concerns. Therefore, after giving this measure thoughtful analysis and consideration, today I vetoed the bill.”

Reid moves forward background check vote

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., announced Thursday that a bill to require universal background checks on all private gun sales, citizen to citizen, has moved forward out of committee and will be brought to the floor for a vote possibly as soon as two weeks from now.

The bill will require all sales and transfers of guns by private citizens, including firearms handed down as part of family inheritance, be accompanied by a federal background check as one of the terms of sale or transfer.

- No more 'gun laws' will be obeyed. End of discussion.

Federal judge strikes down FBI surveillance provisions

Judge Susan Illston ruled that National Security Letters (NSLs) violate the First Amendment and “suffer from significant constitutional infirmities.” The government has used NSLs to collect consumer information for decades, but the 2001 passage of the USA Patriot Act significantly increased their scope.

The letters allow government agencies, namely the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to collect customer information from companies that provide communications services—including Internet service providers, phone companies and financial institutions. The letters also come with gag letters that prevent the companies from telling users that their information has been disclosed.

Rand Paul says that if illegals in this country want to work, then he wants to give them a work visa so they can go ahead and pay taxes like any other working American. However he is not offering these same illegals a new path to citizenship. Rather, he says, we just won’t deport them and if they want to get in line like everyone else to enter the country legally and become an American Citizen, they are welcome to do that. But there is no new path – they must use the existing one.

Assault weapons ban dropped from Senate gun control bill

The leader of the Democrat-controlled Senate on Tuesday dropped a proposed assault weapons ban from the chamber’s gun-control package – dealing a blow to supporters of the ban, though it could still come up for a vote.

The sponsor of the measure, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., revealed that Reid told her the proposed ban would not be in the initial package. Feinstein said she's "disappointed" with the decision, and is expected to nevertheless offer it as an amendment.

UN Arms Trade Conference Begins, Sec. General Calls for "Robust" Treaty

The text of the proposed treaty as currently drafted, however, severely curtails the Second Amendment rights of Americans in the ways described above, as well as imposing restrictions on ammunition production and sales that will have a direct impact on the price and availability of ammunition in the United States.

Furthermore, the treaty is full of key terms that are vague and ill-defined (if they are defined at all) that could be enforced by international disarmament agents (or their domestic counterparts) in any number of ways that violate the Constitution’s prohibition against the infringement of the right to keep and bear arms.

Would state militias, for example, be considered an armed force that must be disarmed in the name of global security? Americans zealous of their constitutionally guaranteed liberties are well aware that the existence of these state militias is just as much a fundamental part of the Second Amendment as is the right of the individual to keep and bear arms.

“The fight has officially been brought to my front door,” New Jersey gun owner Shawn T. Moore announced to Delaware Open Carry forum members on Sunday. “I stood my ground.”

On Saturday night, his wife texted him while he was out with a friend. The Department of Youth and Family Services (actually renamed last year to the Division of Child Protection and Permanency) had showed up at his house with police demanding to check out his guns and wanting his safe to be opened.

Oklahoma House Passes Bill to Ban UN Agenda 21

Following Alabama’s lead, lawmakers in the Oklahoma House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to approve popular legislation protecting private-property rights and banning a controversial United Nations “sustainable development” scheme known as Agenda 21, which critics say represents a serious threat to American values and liberty. If approved by the Senate as expected, the law would also prohibit state and local governments from working with the UN or its affiliates to implement any sort of “international law” that violates the U.S. or Oklahoma constitutions.

Kentucky governor Signs Long-Awaited Graduation Bill

The governor and First Lady Jane Beshear have joined educators and child advocates to fight for this bill’s passage for the past five legislative sessions. A late-session compromise among legislators led to the approval of SB97, which allows school districts to opt in to the higher dropout age immediately. Once 55 percent of school districts adopt the policy, all remaining districts must then adopt the standard within four years.

“Finally, we have agreed to stop jeopardizing our students’ futures by allowing them to leave school before they’re even eligible for a driver’s license. Now, we are holding them to 21st century expectations of education and training,” said Gov. Beshear. “The days of dropping out of high school and expecting a dependable, well-paying job are long gone. This bill will not only keep students on track for a high school diploma, but it will ensure we have a better-trained, better-prepared workforce, which will pay off for our state for decades to come.”

- Of course the real reason for this is to keep money going to the government schools. A diploma already doesn't mean much as many graduate illiterate and/or unable to do basic math, and this has been going on a while. The schools have become sheeple factories where future worker bees are indoctrinated beyond what is necessary for them to hold their future mindless jobs, if they can find a job. Personally I don't think the corporations want full employment any more than the governments do. People who are desperate for an income will tolerate anything and the elites know it.

You will NEVER get the entire population behind Liberty. The submissive have been surviving to breed for a very long time, since the new cave order was instituted. Only 3-7 percent of the population at the time of the First American Revolution forced, that's FORCED, Liberty on those who hated it and wanted little to nothing to do with it.

Face this reality and deal with it.

They're doing it because they're on top of the dung heap and they know most of what's below them really is dung. History has taught them this.

The difference is they don't really believe in the right of the lowliest turd to rise to his potential despite all their bullshit otherwise because, again, they want to stay on top of the heap. They are responding to the lowest common denominator on this planet, the survival of the fittest...

After The Banksters Steal Money From Bank Accounts In Cyprus They Will Start Doing It EVERYWHERE

Cyprus is a beta test. The banksters are trying to commit bank robbery in broad daylight, and they are eager to see if the rest of the world will let them get away with it. Cyprus was probably chosen because it is very small (therefore nobody will care too much about it) and because there is a lot of foreign (i.e. Russian) money parked there. The IMF and the EU could have easily bailed out Cyprus without any trouble whatsoever, but they purposely decided not to do that. Instead, they decided that this would be a great time to test the idea of a "wealth tax".

The government of Cyprus was given two options by the IMF and the EU - either they could confiscate money from private bank accounts or they could leave the eurozone. Apparently this was presented as a "take it or leave it" proposition, and many are using the world "blackmail" to describe what has happened. Sadly, this decision is going to set a very ominous precedent for the future and it is going to have ripple effects far beyond Cyprus.

White House on assault weapons ban: ‘We’re going to find the votes’

White House chief of staff Denis McDonough said in an interview Tuesday that Senate Democrats’ decision to introduce a gun control bill that doesn’t include an assault weapons ban does not constitute a setback for President Obama’s gun control efforts.

In an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, McDonough said the bill can still be brought up as an amendment and that there should still be a concerted effort to pass it.

Massie doesn’t shy away from “Mr. No” moniker

Massie’s conservative base has raved about his first months in office.

A wealth tax on bank deposits, where most wealth is held, is consequently a practical solution that also fulfils a basic economic need, which is to shift taxes away from income to wealth. Poorer citizens need to feed themselves, and a tax on incomes, especially for those with no savings, is the worst outcome.

One might have hoped that they could commit that information to memory without such "reminders." The platform continues:

We can focus on effective enforcement of existing laws, especially strengthening our background check system, and we can work together to enact commonsense improvements – like reinstating the assault weapons ban and closing the gun show loophole – so that guns do not fall into the hands of those irresponsible, law-breaking few.

It can happen in the USA

However, MF Global has already demonstrated that legally speaking, in the USA, money on deposit is not your own, but rather, belongs to the custodial corporation to use as it sees fit, including as collateral for loans to the custodian. "The settled position of the law is that when you deposit, the bank becomes the owner of the money deposited and you become a creditor to the bank." It's not your money, you're just loaning the money to the bank, which may or may not pay you back, just like anyone else to whom you loan money. It's also worth noting that the FDIC cannot and will not provide protection against this sort of government seizure. From one of Karl's readers:

In one statement the DOJ has wiped away all Constitutional protections, denied the review of a judge, a jury of your peers, and eliminated the requirement of “imminent threat”. The DOJ continues by declaring that the government must have the “inherent right to self-defense” and act “even if there is no specific evidence of where such an attack will take place or of the precise nature of the attack.

What about the fact that the government has already redefined who is a “terrorist”? Just look at Janet Napolitano’s report, as head of the Department of Homeland Security, warning America regarding who is a terrorist; "rightwing extremists" concerned about illegal immigration, abortion, increasing federal power and restrictions on firearms – and returning war veterans.

Do liberals really want a second civil war in America?

Even the Vice Chairman of the Communist Party USA was surprised at the level of radicalization shown by Wisconsin Democrats and their union allies.

“I have to tell you that in every one of the situations that I’ve been in in Madison and Indianapolis, there is a radicalization going on among Democratic legislators that I‘ve never seen in my lifetime and I don’t think any of us have,” said Scott Marshall, Vice Chairman of the Communist Party USA.

The violence was not contained to America's streets. Unhinged liberals have used the social networking site Twitter to call for the death of Sarah Palin, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, and businessman Donald Trump.
