There is no 'failure'
It's all intentional. The 'failure' is on our part. We sit home waiting
our turn. See my comments below.

The State of the Union under a failed Constitution
However for many years now, all three branches of government and the powers
they command to control all government, legislative, executive and judiciary
have effectively "accumulated in the same hands". Those "same hands" belong
to the legal profession. As a result the "same hands" lawyer/judges now make
the laws, interpret the laws and enforce the laws, thus defeating the
spirit, intent and purpose of the Constitution. Such control by this or any
other group, is unconstitutional because it violates both the separation of
powers/checks and balances principles of the Constitution and the
principle of representative government.
snip
For many years the legal profession has proceeded, unchallenged and unchecked, knowingly or not, with a history of constitutional violations and abuses against the people of the United States. These activities escalated in the last half century with the establishing of the so-called "Integrated Bars" in the individual States, to which all practicing lawyers were required by law to belong, thus making every lawyer and judge "a part" of the judiciary. "Integrated Bars" were unconstitutionally created by the Judiciary Branches of the States as an "arm" of the State Supreme Courts. After which State Constitutions were amended to transfer the admission and disciplining of lawyers and judges to the Judiciary Branch of Government of the individual States. Thus the legal profession became accountable to none but it's own peer group, unlike any other profession in the land.

What gods will we cast aside next? From Augustine:
However, this great undertaking was at last completed in seventy-two books. Of these, the first five refute those who fancy that the polytheistic worship is necessary in order to secure worldly prosperity, and that all these overwhelming calamities have befallen us in consequence of its prohibition. In the following five books I address myself to those who admit that such calamities have at all times attended, and will at all times attend, the human race, and that they constantly recur in forms more or less disastrous, varying only in the scenes, occasions, and persons on whom they light, but, while admitting this, maintain that the worship of the gods is advantageous for the life to come. But that no one might have occasion to say, that though I had refuted the tenets of other men, I had omitted to establish my own, I devote to this object the second part of this work, which comprises twelve books, although I have not scrupled, as occasion offered, either to advance my own opinions in the first ten books, or to demolish the arguments of my opponents in the last twelve. Of these twelve books, the first four contain an account of the origin of these two cities—the city of God, and the city of the world. The second four treat of their history or progress; the third and last four, of their deserved destinies. — Augustine, Retractions[1]

Microsoft seeks patent for spy tech for Skype
A technology called Legal Intercept that Microsoft hopes to patent would
allow the company to secretly intercept, monitor and record Skype calls. And
it's stoking privacy concerns.
Microsoft's patent application for Legal Intercept was filed in 2009, well
before the company's $8.5 billion purchase of Skype in May. The patent
application, which is still in process, was made public last week.

Kentucky Tea Party opposes any delay in state GOP reorganization elections
Supporters of the Tea Party movement in Kentucky “strongly resist” any
effort by the state Republican Party to change its reorganization elections
by a year, said David Adams, head of a political action committee for Tea
Party candidates.
Adams, who was manager of this year’s unsuccessful Republican gubernatorial
campaign of Louisville businessman Phil Moffett, said Tea Party members want
to seek some leadership positions in the party such as district chairs and
members at large and do not want the party elections delayed from 2012 to
2013.
--- The republicrat leadership is scared that patriots with actual
principles might interfere with their party.

Mike Vanderboegh: 'If you try to take our firearms, we will kill you'
In the continually developing scandal revolving around the Holder Justice
Department and its Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives
(known as the ATF or BATFE), it has become clear that the government
concocted a scheme to run U.S. guns into Mexico in order to prop up its
false contention that 'U.S. guns are arming the drug cartels.' It has also
become clear that the government intends to use the bogus figures resulting
from the illegal gun running scheme to make a case for draconian new gun
control measures.
However, even now, after ATF whistleblowers put their lives on the line to
expose the plot, after a ton of evidence has surfaced that implicates
persons at the very top of the ATF and even the DOJ, and after it has been
shown that at least 2 cold-blooded murders were committed with the very guns
the ATF placed into the hands of the cartels, some 'journalists' still don't
get it.

Warning -- Anti-Gun Survey of Firearms Dealers Under Way!
We recommend that you do not respond to the survey, for two reasons. First, many of the questions in the survey are written so that Dr. Wintemute will be able to claim that at least some dealers support one or another form of gun control, or that they report the occurrence of situations that, Dr. Wintemute will likely claim, prove the need for restrictions on dealers and their customers. Second, participating in the survey in any way would give Dr. Wintemute credibility in the eyes of the anti-gun organizations that fund his efforts, which would only increase his chance of obtaining more money for more anti-gun research.
--- A sad fact is that many FFL holders like the 'gun laws' because it helps
them have a corner on the market, or so they think. We need to repeal GCA
'68 and the NFA and return to Liberty. Ask the 'No Rights that aren't
Allowed' group about that.

Wal-Mart Stores cutting gas prices for 3 months
To help ease consumers' worries, the world's biggest retailer announced Wednesday that customers visiting participating Murphy USA and Walmart gas stations in 18 states through Sept. 30 will receive a discount on all fuel, gas and diesel purchases when they use a reloadable Walmart gift card, Walmart MoneyCard or a Walmart credit card.
--- All the better to sucker you in. When we're making just above minimum wage, like most redneck mecca employees, every penny counts.
And this is precious:
"Still, the government reported on Monday that Americans spent at the weakest pace in 20 months in May, a sign gas prices may be hurting the economic recovery."
Some bastard went to college and majored in party to figure that out.

Raising Jefferson from the dead
"Why would anyone be an enemy of the United States of America? Someone
objects to our philosophy of peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all
nations, entangling alliances with none?" asked Jefferson.
"Oh no, sir, they hate us for our freedom. We've got lots of enemies. It
used to be the communists. But, now we are communist. Now it is the muslims!
That's why we are at war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and conducting drone
raids and operations in Yemen, Pakistan, Sudan and have concentration camps
and secret prison in Eastern Europe and Cuba."
--- My posted comments:
Loved this except for the ending. I was hoping he would ram the memorial
through the capitol building and kill several congress commies. Our enemies
want us to be self destructive and not plan on killing them, which is what
will be required to fix this mess if it can be fixed. That's what the
Founders did by the way. "Liberty or death" doesn't mean you'll stick a gun
to your head and shoot yourself if not granted Liberty. It means you'll kill
those who attack Liberty or try to keep you from it.
The pacified indoctrinated 'conservatives,' libertarians, paulbots, 'tea
partiers,' whatever still have a lot to learn in this regard. It's time to
stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and to start thinking Normandy.
If you sit home waiting your turn you deserve to have your gun taken from
your cold dead hands.
The Founders didn’t wait for the Brits to knock down their doors. They
gathered at the green and stood up like men and they killed government
employees all the way back to Boston.
What will you do when it’s time to hunt NWO hacks, republicrats and
commies(“Liberals” and ‘progressives’)?

Alexander the Great and the pirate
There was once a pirate who was notorious to the extreme. He used to sail
here and there, plundering small boats and raiding villages along the
coastline. He would torture people and then make off with their valuables.
It was very difficult for people to resist him because he had all kinds of
guns and knives. Everybody was afraid of him.
Nevertheless, there came a time when the people were able to trap this
scoundrel and make him their prisoner. They brought him before the mighty
Emperor, Alexander the Great. It was almost certain that he would be hanged
for his misdeeds.

ATF Agent to Bosses on Gun-Running Scheme: ‘Prepared to Attend Funeral of a Slain Agent’?
John Dodson, a special agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms,
pointedly asked his superiors if they were “prepared to attend the funeral
of a slain agent” as a consequence of an operation the Obama Administration
was running in which suspected intermediaries of Mexican drug cartels were
allowed to freely purchase guns from licensed firearms dealers in the United
States—all the while under surveillance by the ATF.
Dodson’s words turned out to be horribly prophetic when Border Patrol Agent
Brian A. Terry was slain in Arizona on Dec. 15 by alleged cartel operatives.
- All the more reason to shut down the BATF Nazis and repeal GCA '68 and the
NFA, their reason for existence.

U.S. Military Launches Spy Operation Using Fake Online Identities
The U.S. Military has purchased software designed to create and control
false online personas in an attempt to use social media and other websites
to counter anti-U.S. messaging.
According to the contract between US Central Command (Centcom) and
California company Ntrepid, the software would let each user control 10
personas, each "replete with background, history, supporting details, and
cyber presences that are technically, culturally and geographically
consistent." The software would also be able to let personas "appear to
originate in nearly any part of the world" and interact through
"conventional online services and social media platforms," while using a
static IP address for each persona to maintain a consistent online identity.

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms
to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their
future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically
un-volunteer later.)
