Downright creepy
Was listening to National Propaganda Radio during the final roundup of the 2nd 'suspect' when some female in that Boston neighborhood said she thought the noises were gun fire but wasn't sure because she'd never heard a gun in her life. Our blood domestic enemies depend on that kind of ignorance. We need to push for federal legislation to build shooting ranges for public use in those large East Coast cities so the citiots can get a taste of reality. See next article link.
Our real enemies are right here not hiding in a cave on the other side of the world. They have white skin and were born here. The fundie ragheads may kill a few sheeple or maybe people here and there but our blood domestic enemies will enslave all of us if we don't stop them by whatever means necessary. Our blood domestic enemies want us disarmed so we can't kill them, that's all it's about. __________________________________________________
If right to keep and bear arms were treated like 'right to health care'
One of the many difficulties standing in the way of any kind of consensus between those of us who would die for the right to keep and bear arms (and--yes, kill for it, if necessary), and those "progressives" who would kill to deny it (well, most would have others do the killing, and risk the dying--very few of them have any intention of risking their lives for the agenda) is a fundamental difference in the very definition of rights.
snip
Mickey Kaus, of the New Republic, once argued "that if liberals interpreted the Second Amendment the way they interpret the rest of the Bill of Rights, there would be law professors arguing that gun ownership is mandatory."
- Sounds like a good idea. We should run with it.

Anti-gunners declare war on Montana’s Baucus
The advertisement carries the names of more than 75 Montana residents who are identified as gun owners, including a retired Montana State University professor, a veteran Democrat activist in Billings, and a former Democratic state legislator, according to sources in Montana. One other name on the list matches the name of a man in the same city who associates himself with Defenders of Wildlife, Earth Day, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Pagans, Move On.org and other leftist groups. Most, if not all, of the people whose names appear in the advertisement are Democrats, ironically turning on the man they helped elect.
- Keep your list, check it twice, be ready to do what will be required.

Freudian typo brings laughs to Baucus attack ad in Montana
The advertisement, sponsored by the Progressive Change Campaign Committee

about that figure:
Source: Poll commissioned by Mayors for Illegal Guns.

- Sounds accurate to me.

Senator to Propose Bill Regulating Black Powder in Wake of Boston Massacre
Politicians are well known for using tragic events for their own political gain, as seen recently by the addition of children as props during speeches and debates over gun control. However, the real issue is not the tool or elements used in the orchestration of a crime, but the person behind that use that should be the focus of any criminal indictment, or legislative regulation. And even as no suspect, nor full analysis of the bombing has taken place since the bombing, Senator Frank Lautenberg is choosing to propose legislation which would regulate black powder, and will potentially hurt a retail product that is part of the $67.8 Billion economic impact that hunting and firearm ownership adds to the nation’s annual GDP.
- It's already not very easy to find black powder. Regulations for storage
are so stringent most shops don't want to bother with it.

You guys were amazing! Your efforts have accomplished what, four months ago,
many in Washington thought was impossible: a total and complete victory (for
now) against President Obama’s anti-gun agenda.
But let's face it. We're never going to be able to let our guard down
entirely, until the 113th Congress adjourns in December, 2014.
Senator Harry Reid has now pulled the gun bill from the floor. And it
appears he would have to move to proceed in order to bring it up again -
something that would require 60 votes to do so.
- GOA, the only 'no compromise' gun lobby. We need to focus on taking back
what has been lost, not on fighting a defensive war.

With support for semi-auto ban, Reid completes conversion to dark side
This comes full circle from a few years back, when NRA’s Wayne LaPierre
described Reid as “a true champion of the Second Amendment” and the
powerhouse gun group not only donated to the Reid campaign, but refused to
back his Republican challenger in his last election, even though Reid was
scored with a lower grade.
The reversal should have come as no surprise, as Reid had also backed Eric
Holder for attorney general, a move the gun group did not chose to score
votes on.
- The NRA's rating system has much to be desired. Too much politics and
money.

Eighth-grade boy arrested, suspended over NRA 'Protect your right' T-shirt
Jared Marcum, an eighth-grade boy attending Logan Middle School in Logan, W.Va., was arrested and suspended after wearing a pro-NRA T-shirt that depicted a firearm and the phrase "Protect your right" to school, WOWK-TV reported Thursday.

Logan City Police confirmed the arrest, and said Marcum was charged with "obstruction and disturbing the education process," WOWK said.

evil?

States Aim, Often Miss, for Armed Security in Schools
Lawmakers in more than half of U.S. states have introduced legislation to
allow guns in schools since the Newtown shooting.
Some would allow concealed carry firearms at elementary and high schools;
others would arm teachers or other officials; while still others would
follow the NRA’s recommendation to install armed officers on school
campuses, according to the National Conference of State Legislators, which
has been tracking such measures.
- Sheeple who are 'afraid of guns' aren't rational human beings and should
never be allowed around children.

Homosexual Activist Admits True Purpose of Battle is to Destroy Marriage
I have three kids who have five parents, more or less, and I don’t see why they shouldn’t have five parents legally… I met my new partner, and she had just had a baby, and that baby’s biological father is my brother, and my daughter’s biological father is a man who lives in Russia, and my adopted son also considers him his father. So the five parents break down into two groups of three… And really, I would like to live in a legal system that is capable of reflecting that reality, and I don’t think that’s compatible with the institution of marriage.”
- That's way too confusing for me. Can one imagine figuring out the alimony
and child support payments?

After Gold Crash, Experts Point to Central Bank Manipulation
Simplified, West said, the scam works through an unholy alliance of mega-banks such as Goldman Sachs building up massive short contract positions in the futures market without executing the trades, putting up only five percent of the cash for the contracts. The Fed-backed bankers then get the establishment press to encourage shorting gold, pointing to an alleged “recovery” in the U.S. economy. Finally, the trade is executed; sending prices plummeting and encouraging holders of physical gold to start selling while the bankers “mop up” as the market craters. “Rinse and repeat,” West wrote of the scam.
snip
"On the other end of this ripple [caused by the Fed dumping gold], almost
the same amount of gold is being purchased by the Chinese," explained CEO
Art Thompson with The John Birch Society, a conservative organization and
affiliate of this magazine that follows the issue closely. "Those that have
the gold rule; that's the way it is. Follow the flow of gold, you can see
the flow of power — that is an ancient reality." He added that the
establishment media was also pumping out articles aimed at getting average
people to sell their precious metals, but the reality of what is going on is
not being addressed.

“Rain Tax” to Soak Maryland Taxpayers
Last week the Maryland legislature passed and Gov. Martin O’Malley signed a
law that taxes property owners on the basis of “the square footage of
impervious surfaces on a property,” according to MarylandReporter.com. “The
rationale is that roofs, driveways and parking lots create more potential
for drainage problems and water contamination. Local jurisdictions are
supposed to determine how much to charge per square foot, but in general,
the size of the fee would depend on the size of the buildings and paved
surfaces on a property.”
How will the government determine a property owner’s tax liability? “The
amount of impervious surface a property owner has will be calculated using
satellite and geographical information system technology,” reports Watchdog
Wire.

Boston bombing could be exploited as justification for 'black powder control'
To fabricate a supposed connection between guns and the bombing, expect them
to point out that black powder, apparently the explosive component of the
bombs, is sold in gun shops. From the Chicago Tribune:
At least one bomb, and possibly both, were built using pressure cookers as
the superstructure, black powder or gunpowder [a puzzling distinction,
unless the Tribune is confusing modern smokeless powder with gunpowder] as
the explosive and ball bearings as additional shrapnel, according to current
and former counter-terrorism officials briefed on the matter.

CCRKBA pulls support for Manchin-Toomey
CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb advised Examiner by telephone that, “Our
support for this measure was contingent on several key provisions, the
cornerstone of which was a rights restoration provision that is not on the
schedule for consideration
“But it appears the Democratic leadership in the Senate was opposed to
letting this important consideration come up for a vote,” he said. “We told

rights provisions added to the main body of the bill, our support was

Chuckie Schemer goes nuts over alternative gun measure
Schumer's angst to push his long-standing gun control agenda is facing
derailment by the Manchin-Toomey alternative. According to Gottlieb, that
measure is loaded with benefits for gun owners, though he is having a tough
time convincing some people of that.
The Manchin-Toomey bill, he said, “provides for gun rights restoration,
immunity from prosecution for selling a firearm later used in a crime,
interstate sale of handguns and other gun rights benefits, which he opposes,
and it prohibits gun registration, which he supports, and adds a 15-year
felony prison sentence for government officials who violate the registration
provision. In short, the alternative bill represents everything he hates.”

NRA affiliate vows fight as key measures of New York's tough new gun law take effect
The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, the state's NRA affiliate,
has a pending federal lawsuit against the new provisions. It plans to ask a
judge Monday for an immediate halt to the magazine limit. The new
registrations, required over the next year, will be the group's focus later.
The law violates the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens "to keep
commonly possessed firearms" at home for self-defense and for other lawful
purposes, the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association said in court
papers. It is advising members to obey the law in the meantime.

UN Move Toward Confiscation of Private Weapons
When the Marxist mutt offered itself for reelection in 2012, it objected to
the UN Arms Trade Treaty. But it promptly reversed itself after winning the
election, and then appointed John Kerry, a treaty proponent, as secretary of
state. As The New American’s Joe Wolverton has stated, “there would be no
treaty” if the Marxist mutt’s previous objections had not been withdrawn.
Now backed by Amerika’s president, the UN produced its Arms Trade Treaty
that, among other outrages, mandates that all nations create: 1) a registry
of gun owners, manufacturers and traders; and 2) a mechanism that would
prevent private individuals from purchasing ammunition. Does this amount to
a proposed cancellation of the Second Amendment? You bet it does!
- Some of the above words were slightly changed to more correctly reflect
reality.

'Compromise' on gun rights inevitably surrenders Constitutional high ground
The instant we put Constitutionally guaranteed, fundamental human rights
(such as the right to conduct firearms sales privately) on the bargaining
table, subject to exchange for fuller recognition of other rights--even if
on what seem very favorable terms--we have, to paraphrase the joke, already
established what kind of Constitutional rights advocates we are.
We have now surrendered any reasonable expectation of respect for the
sanctity of our rights, because we have shown no such reverence ourselves.
I will not, to once again paraphrase the joke, haggle over the price of my
rights, and nor do I authorize anyone else to do so on my behalf. The price
is blood--enough to refresh a certain famous tree. Any takers?

The “Pro-Gun” Provisions of Manchin-Toomey are Actually a Bonanza of Gun Control
The Toomey-Manchin Amendment which may be offered as soon as Tuesday to
Senator Reid’s gun control bill are billed as a “compromise” which contain a
variety of provisions for gun control, and other provisions to enhance gun
rights. Some of the latter, however, are not what they seem. They are badly
miswritten, and are in fact major advancements for gun control. In
particular:
1. The provision which claims to outlaw national gun registration in fact
authorizes a national gun registry.
2. The provision which is supposed to strengthen existing federal law
protecting the interstate transportation of personal firearms in fact
cripples that protection.
- How about we introduce a bill to repeal all the gun laws. That one could
be short, succinct and clear and include a simple provision for treason
trials and execution for all who oppose it?

Senate gun bill discriminates against key ‘progressive’ constituency
The issue? Absent a change in federal law, 1 USC § 7 - Definition of
“marriage” and “spouse” states:
In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling,
regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and
agencies of the United States, the word “marriage” means only a legal union
between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word “spouse”
refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife.
This means same-sex marriage partners in states that recognize that
institution would not enjoy the same benefits as traditional spouses, and
that “domestic partners” in other states would also not be recognized.

NAGR says don't expand gun control, repeal it
Brown quickly made it clear that NAGR isn't like other gun rights groups,
inasmuch as NAGR is not looking for compromise but for victory. And they
don't accomplish this by kissing up to moderates.
snip
He said other prominent gun rights groups take a milder approach to Reid,
and described him as a pro-gun Senator who won't do anything too extreme.
But Brown said, "Reid's agenda is no different than that of Sens. Dianne
Feinstein (D-CA) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY)."
- My comments, which is my standard reply to such:
The Second Amendment, as the rest of the Bill of Rights, is an acknowledgement of our natural born rights, not a granting. The entire Bill of Rights is about keeping the governments in their place. The Second Amendment is about the common person's right to own weapons of war so that we can keep the governments in their place by keeping the 'monopoly on force' in the hands of the people where it belongs, as in 'We the people.' Remember that? It will not be infringed any further and the 'gun laws' in existence will be repealed. End of discussion.
Guns don't kill, governments do. Gun free zones are the problem, they allow armed criminals to kill. Arm the teachers, the administrators and the parents. Don't allow the "Liberal"(commie) trash who control the so-called educational system to teach mindless pacifism that is ensconced in their arrogance of false civility.
If we have violent criminals in prison who have been convicted of a crime and can't be trusted with weapons why is the govt. turning them back out on the street? So they can point at them and say "See, the sheeple can't be trusted with guns." The 'crime' argument is a red herring.
Time to repeal all of the ‘gun laws’ including GCA ‘68 and the NFA; Shut down the evil BATF Nazis and try them for treason, and murder where appropriate and distribute their retirement funds among their victims; Then enforce the Bill of Rights on places such as Commiefornia and New Yawk and Chigawgo and if necessary bring the troops home and have them restore Liberty here and remove Amerika’s natural born traitors in the process.
Millions will dig the ditch they are told to dig then wet their pants when the machine gun bolts slam home and die stupidly wondering “How did this happen to me?” The tiny minority will have to do what will be required.
It’s time to stop arguing over the culture war. It’s time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse. It’s time to stop waiting to get beamed up. It’s time to start thinking Normandy.
If you sit home waiting your turn you deserve to have your gun taken from

“We also have an agreement that an additional amendment supported by Manchin

legislation that blocks it,” Gottlieb continued. “If you read the bill you
can see all the advances for our cause that it contains like interstate
sales of handguns, veteran gun rights restoration, travel with firearms
protection, civil and criminal immunity lawsuit protection if you sell a gun
plus more. It also exempts the sale or transfer of firearms between family
members and friends as well as sales outside a commercial venue from a
background check. If you have any kind of current state permit to own, use
or carry no check is done, just the Form 4473 to stay with a dealer.
“These advances for gun rights cannot be made unless we win the Senate vote

Socialism cannot be erected on bayonets and machine guns. If it is to last, it must be realized with democratic means. Therefore of course it is a necessary prerequisite that the economic and social conditions for socializing society are ripe. If this was the case in Russia, the Bolsheviks no doubt could rely on the majority of the people. As this is not the case, they established a reign of the sword that could not have been more brutal and reckless under the disgraceful regime of the Tzar.
