Willowtown Column: Rules for the militia

I am no one and I am everyone. I am the militia.

If someone is trying to be your general, ask him if he’s ever been a private. Ask her if she’s willing to be a private. Ask them if they’re willing to scrub a floor or do the dishes or dig a trench or a fighting hole.

If someone asks you to do something stupid, ask them if you can visit their home and their family. Most infiltrators won’t have either. Ask them how they make a living and what government agency employs them.

BATF 'Gunwalker' scandal set to blow

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (and Really Big Fires) is staring down the barrel of a major scandal, one that could lead to the agency’s extinction. The ATF stands accused of letting buyers purchase rifles in the U.S. knowing that the guns were headed for Mexican drug cartels. Worse, they may have literally walked the guns into Mexico themselves (hence the scandal’s name). Worse still, it appears that two of those weapons were used by the drug gang that shot and killed Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry . . .

All this to justify the existence of the ATF’s Project Gunrunner firearms interdiction program and, thus, the agency itself. In other words, the agency allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could justify a program designed to stop guns from being smuggled into Mexico. How about that, then?

Senator Calls BATF Nazis on Allegations its bureaucrats(tax cops) are running guns

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms -- the agency tasked with keeping U.S. guns from being smuggled to Mexico -- has come under fire for allegedly allowing firearms to cross the border into Mexico.

Last Friday, Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) sent a letter to the ATF stating that his office had "received numerous allegations that the ATF sanctioned the sale of hundreds of assault weapons to suspected straw purchasers, who then allegedly transported these weapons throughout the Southwest border area and into Mexico."

--- We are 'careless' for allowing the BATF Nazis to continue operations in this country and for not demanding that GCA '68 and the NFA be repealed.

More on the BATF Nazis pushing weapons across the border for propaganda purposes...

There are two more sections to this interview - Part 2 and Part 3.

BATF Nazis declare war on the Second Amendment

Citing border violence as the reason, the ATF issued a “secretarial emergency order” that requires any store that sells more than two rifles within a five-day period to report the names, addresses and serial numbers of those transactions if the firearms are greater than .22-caliber, semi-automatic, with the ability to accept a detachable magazine. This is the first step in the forced registration of weapons in the United States. The ATF has exceeded is regulatory authority by ordered the registration of firearms for any reason.

BATF Nazis Open Comment Period on Proposed Ban on Popular Shotguns

Following a study released last week by the ATF on the legality of importing shotguns with “non-sporting” features, many shooters and sportsmen expressed outrage. According to the study, despite the fact that popular shooting sports organizations such as USPSA and IPSC have tens of thousands of competitors, the working group which conducted the study felt that

'…participation in and popularity of practical shooting events as governed by formal rules, such as those of the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) and International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC), to determine whether it was appropriate to consider these events a “sporting purpose” under § 925(d)(3). While the number of members reported for USPSA is similar to the membership for other shotgun shooting organizations, the working group ultimately determined that it was not appropriate to use this shotgun study to determine whether practical shooting is “sporting” under § 925(d)(3).'

--- My comments:

The only ‘sporting purpose’ the Bill of Rights has is if you let the “Liberal”(commie) or BATF Nazi run before you shoot it…

It’s time to demand the IRS and BATF Nazis be de-funded and shut down, their evil employees be arrested and tried for treason and executed for their crimes against Liberty.

It will take more than a few election cycles to turn this country around if it can be. It’s time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and start thinking Normandy.

Don’t understand? Start here.

I'm in favor of abolishing modern slavery under "Liberal"ism(communism)...

With this story the commies may say he's espousing 'violence.' I'll lie awake worrying about that...

My comments on the YouTube page:

Compromising with "Liberals"(communists) is always, always, moving in their direction. We need to stop not only compromising with that garbage but tolerating it in our government.

It will take more than a few election cycles to fix this mess if it can be fixed. It's time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and start thinking Normandy.

Can Arizona over-ride Federal laws?

A bill that pretty much says Arizona leaders can throw out federal laws is making its way through the state Legislature.

If passed and signed into law, Senate Bill 1433 would give members of the state Legislature the power to override federal laws and executive orders.

--- There's a survey with this story: "Do you think a state should be able to override any federal law it deems unconstitutional?"

My response to the poll follows. I was thinking of illegal immigration of course but this 'law' could possibly apply to many issues and if not worded correctly be used by enemies of Liberty -

The question of course is worded wrong to come out in favor of the commies who want the illegals here so they can register them to vote commie.

It needs to read thusly:

Do you think a state should be able to override any federal law it deems to be dangerous to Liberty or to the Liberty and safety of its residents?

That wouldn't be perfect but it does clarify the situation somewhat.

What if commiefornia or ill-a-noise, two states ruled by communist evil, decide to nullify the Second Amendment?

The answer to that is easy, we'd need to send in the military to arrest the state level elected public servants who are probably communists or some other form of authoritarians and try them for treason and execute them.

12 states have bills to nullify commiecare entirely

These twelve bills would nullify the entire ObamaCare law because the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” and “Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010” were not authorized by the Constitution of the United States. I've skimmed the full-text of these bills and it appears that only one, Indiana's, does not have a provision for criminal penalties for federal and state agents who would try to enforce the ObamaCare law within the subject state. So, nearly all of these twelve bills have enforcement "teeth."

With congressional repeal of ObamaCare probably still a couple years away, state nullification is the best strategy for immediately bogging down ObamaCare implementation in as many states as possible and maintaining momentum for the necessary changes in the 2012 congressional and presidential elections.

Without the Bill of Rights...

...the constitution is full of loopholes. Better let your preacher know he better start listening to real men like this. Let him know if he supports the NWO from the pulpit he won't be safe in his own home. That's what war is.

Indentifying our friends

To a packed out crowd of over 500 Montanans who had assembled in minus zero weather to hear me speak, I made the statement, “Not all Christians are our friends, and not all non-Christians are our enemies.” Indeed, being able to identify our friends is more than half the battle.

When I spoke of identifying friends or enemies, I was talking about one’s overall positive or negative contribution to the principles of liberty. I will say it again, not all Christians are our friends, and not all non-Christians are our enemies. This is difficult for many Christians to wrap their brains around, I know.

--- It will soon be time to decide between hunkering down for the apocalypse and dying in place or standing up and moving forward into hostile fire.

Lawmaker wants to set terms on U.N.

Arguing that the United States can no longer blindly turn over billions of dollars to the United Nations, members of the House Foreign Affairs Committee said the new Congress should withhold contributions to the global body until it adopts serious reforms.

Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, the Florida Republican who now heads the committee, said she plans to push legislation that “conditions our contributions — our strongest leverage — on real, sweeping reform, including moving the U.N. regular budget to a voluntary funding basis.”

Will this commie newswhore now begin to get a clue?

I wouldn't bet a can of political spam on it...

The benefits and costs of Spilled Milk

Despite the old saying, "Don't cry over spilled milk," the Environmental Protection Agency is doing just that.

We all understand why the Environmental Protection Agency was given the power to issue regulations to guard against oil spills, such as that of the Exxon Valdez in Alaska or the more recent BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. But not everyone understands that any power given to any bureaucracy for any purpose can be stretched far beyond that purpose.

In a classic example of this process, the EPA has decided that, since milk contains oil, it has the authority to force farmers to comply with new regulations to file "emergency management" plans to show how they will cope with spilled milk, how farmers will train "first responders" and build "containment facilities" if there is a flood of spilled milk.

--- It's way past time we took a closer look at the costs of tolerating the endless attacks on our Liberty. The benefits are wearing thin.

At the very least we must have a Constitutional amendment to prevent known socialists and communists from holding public office on any level. It would be good to require them all to repeal 100 laws for every new law they pass, for the next 100 years. That would simply be a good start, as 'regulations' are also in reality 'laws.'

In the Land of Pyramids, Technological Relics Outwit Internet Shutdown

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak knows exactly what caused his downfall after 30 years of autocratic rule: the Internet. This marvelous communication tool — perhaps the greatest since the invention of the printing press, which had similar effects — exposed Mubarak to the world as a corrupt, tyrannical lackey of the United States, the result of billions upon billions of dollars in unconstitutional American aid to his regime.

Mubarak also knew what to do about the threat posed by the World Wide Web: He pushed the Internet “kill switch,” virtually cutting Egypt off from the rest of the world.

Wackiness among rubes...

--- I started watching this expecting to disagree with Coulter, and basically do, but I understand what she's trying to say, I think: 'If we're going to practice communism take it all the way into every aspect of the lives of those who benefit from it... 'cause that's how it works.'

Quote for the times

“I discovered that governments have murdered millions of their own citizens, and that in some cases, the death toll may have actually exceeded that of World War II. To get some idea of the numbers involved, I surveyed the extent of genocide and mass killing by governments since 1900. The results were shocking: according to these first figures, independent of war and other kinds of conflict, governments probably have murdered 119,400,000 people, Marxist governments about 95,200,000 of them. By comparison, the battle-killed in all foreign and domestic wars in this century total 35,700,000.3” – Lethal Politics: Soviet Genocide and Mass Murder Since 1917 By R.J. Rummel New Brunswick, N.J.: Transaction Publishers, 1990

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically un-volunteer later.)

It's time to bring back the old saying: "Better dead than red."
Only we need to apply it to Amerika's reds.

Watch to see what we should be teaching kids
to do to "Liberals" so they'll actually
have a future in a free country:

“No small shot gun, during my residence of seven years of war in America, was ever kept in the house of a backwoodsman. You will often see a boy not over ten years of age driving the cattle home, but not without a rifle on his shoulder; they never stir out on any business, or on a journey without their rifles. Practice from their infancy, teaches them all distances…

“I never in my life saw better rifles (or men who shot better) than those made in America. They are chiefly made in Lancaster, and two or three neighboring towns in that vicinity in Pennsylvania. The barrels weigh about six pounds two or three ounces and carry a ball no larger than thirty-six to the pound; at least I never saw one of a larger caliber, and I have seen many hundreds and hundreds.” - Colonel George Hanger, captain of a Hessian Jager corps of the American Revolution, as quoted in Muzzleloader Magazine's 'The Book of Buckskinning.'

Our civilization has been taken from mindless aggression to mindless pacifism. The latter is the most dangerous by far. We must put knowledge of our most basic right, that of self-defense, back into the hands and minds of the young, or they are doomed to be mindless pacified slaves, and most importantly 'victims' who can be used as pawns by those who seek to maintain their power over us all.

"Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom." - John Adams, Defense of the Constitutions, 1787

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them." - Richard Henry Lee (1732-1794) Founding Father

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined... The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun." – Patrick Henry, Speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 5, 1778

Folk music records what Vermonters responded to British soldiers who would impose their will upon them:
"Why come ye hither, Redcoats? Your mind what madness fills? For there’s danger in our valleys and there’s danger on our hills. Why hear ye not the singing of the bugle wild and free? Full soon you’ll hear the ringing of the rifle from the tree! For the rifle, for the rifle: in our hands shall prove no trifle."

"Perhaps the sentiments contained in the following pages, are not yet sufficiently fashionable to procure them general favor; a long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defence of custom. But tumult soon subsides. Time makes more converts than reason."
- Thomas Paine, the first paragraph of his Pamphlet, “Common Sense.”
