Marxist mutt's pick for BATF Nazi chief is anti-gun zealot
"Both the NRA and the CCRKBA cited Traver’s involvement in the 2007
Great Lakes Summit on Firearm Violence, conducted by the International
Association for Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Joyce Foundation, both
gun control advocates, as proof of his position on gun laws.
"The conference released a subsequent report, “Taking a Stand: Reducing
Gun Violence in our Communities,” which called for measures such as
state and local licensing of firearms dealers on top of the federal
licenses already required. It also suggested that “state and local
governments should regulate and/or limit the sale of multiple handguns
as a measure to reduce gun trafficking.”
"The CCRKBA and the NRA also drew attention to a recommendation in the
report to ban certain rifles from being sold at all, and regulations
which could help put an end to gun shows."
My comments:
There's no 'sporting purpose' in the Second Amendment unless you let the
"Liberals"(commies) run before you shoot them.
Helmke and his ilk should at the least be forced to leave this country
and told never to return upon pain of death.
It's time to stop tolerating this garbage and it's evil. They only exist
to overthrow what is left of the Bill of Rights.
This would be a good time for the 'tea parties' to show they have some
backbone and demand that the BATF Nazis be shut down once and for all,
by what ever means necessary. This of course would include repealing GCA
'68 and the NFA.
For my part I want to see all of them arrested, tried for treason and
executed for enforcing laws that should only exist in a police state.
All the funds in the retirement plans for all BATF Nazis past and
present should be given to their victims.
Don't understand? Start
here.
And don't miss
my column
on the June 2010 SCOTUS decision.
Addendum: Check out this report -
"As shown below, however, the lion’s share of ATF’s resources are allocated to its firearms compliance and investigations program. While the ATF periodically checks the records of federally licensed gun dealers, the major focus of the firearms program is the reduction of firearms-related violence."
One wonders how many tax dollars the Nazis will waste this year in
pursuit of the destruction of Liberty.
Contact
your u.S. representative and demand the BATF Nazis be defunded.

Even the No Rights that aren't Allowed group opposes this evil BATF Nazi
"Traver served as an advisor to the International Association for Chiefs
of Police's (IACP) "Gun Violence Reduction Project," a "partnership"
with the Joyce Foundation. Both IACP and the Joyce Foundation are names
synonymous with promoting a variety of gun control schemes at the
federal and state levels. Most of the individuals involved in this
project were prominent gun control activists and lobbyists.
"The IACP report, generated with Traver's help, called on Congress to
ban thousands of commonly owned firearms by misrepresenting them as
“assault weapons,” as well as calling for bans on .50 caliber rifles and
widely used types of ammunition. The report also suggests that Congress
should regulate gun shows out of existence and should repeal the privacy
protections of the Tiahrt Amendment -- all efforts strongly opposed by
the NRA and its members."
Why doesn't the NRA grow some gonads and demand the BATF be shut down and it's evil employees be tried for treason? But then why doesn't the NRA organize, arm and train the militias as should be done so we will be ready to respond appropriately when we're told to 'register' our weapons or 'turn them in' thus surrendering the most basic right we posses?
Check out
what the commies are saying about the NRA's stance on this. Don't
forget to leave them a nice message.

GOA says 'Now's no time to rest on our laurels'
"Believe me, the anti-gun left in this nation has not given up. They see
the 2010 election as a hiccup, not the end of the battle or the war. And
we can't look at it that way either.
"The bottom line in elections is that there is strength in numbers, and
if GOA doubles in size NOW, we can multiply what we did this year by
several times. That is real "bang for the buck."
"With our limited resources this year, we were able to travel around the
country giving the voting records of the pro-gun and anti-gun candidates
to their voters. We were able to make thousands of phone calls directly
to pro-gun voters in the target districts. We were able to send mailings
and e-mail alerts to our members to ask them to volunteer in key races."

Kentucky State Police Road Blocks this weekend
Apparently not every post lists the planned locations of their gestapo operations. So keep your paperzzzz handy and remember, we live in a 'free' country, depending on how one defines 'free.' There's no date on that page so we can only assume it's current.
Here's a list for
Tennessee.

Be thankful you live in a police state
So the first rule is to remember that you're dealing
with a Nazi mentality and when in Germany during WWII it wasn't smart to

Man allowed to pass without backscatter or groping
"When Matt Kernan reentered the United States last
weekend he was greeted by TSA backscatter machines and the option to
receive a pat-down. All individuals, whether citizens or foreigners are
required to be screened before they enter US soil, even if they had been
screened at their originating airport.
"In Kernan’s case, he refused to be backscatter scanned for health
reasons and informed TSA officials that if he was intrusively patted
down he would consider the action assault and would subsequently file
charges against TSA personnel. Like John “Don’t Touch My Junk” Tyner,
Mr. Kernan recorded the engagement on his iPhone after advising TSA and
the police department that he would do so."

Twitter tirades test limits of Brit 'freedom of speech'
"One man thought he was just bantering with his pals
when he joked about blowing an airport sky-high. Another was reacting to
a radio phone-in when he mused about stoning a journalist to death.
"Because they made their throwaway comments on Twitter, both are in
legal trouble.
"Their cases have outraged civil libertarians and inflamed the debate
about the limits of free speech in a Web 2.0 world. The Internet
increasingly makes private jokes, tastes and opinions available for
public consumption, blurring the line between public and private in a
way that has left the law struggling to keep up."

protect their domestic economies."

The Atlantic magazine says 'dirty coal' is the way to a clean future, with China's help
"Mining coal is notoriously dangerous, the remnants of those mines disfigure the Earth, and the by-products of coal’s combustion fill the air not simply with soot, smoke, and carbon dioxide but also with toxic heavy metals like mercury and lead, plus corrosive oxides of nitrogen and sulfur, among other pollutants. When I visited coal towns in China’s Shandong and Shanxi provinces, my face, arms, and hands would be rimed in black by the end of each day—even when I hadn’t gone near a mine. People in those towns, like their predecessors in industrial-age Europe and America, have the same black coating on their throats and lungs, of course. When I have traveled at low altitude in small airplanes above America’s active coal-mining regions—West Virginia and Kentucky in the East, Wyoming and its neighbors in the Great Basin region of the West—I’ve seen the huge scars left by “mountain-top removal” and open-pit mining for coal, which are usually invisible from the road and harder to identify from six miles up in an airliner. Compared with most other fossil-fuel sources of energy, coal is inherently worse from a carbon-footprint perspective, since its hydrogen atoms come bound with more carbon atoms, meaning that coal starts with a higher carbon-to-hydrogen ratio than oil, natural gas, or other hydrocarbons. "
But then The Atlantic magazine
claims 'global warming' is real. It may very well be 'real' in some
sense or another, but what matters most about it is it's the latest tool
for the international communists and corporations and elites who fund
them to control every aspect of our lives.

TSA says 'opt-outers' are extremists
"The terminology contained within the reported memo is indeed troubling.
It labels any person who “interferes” with TSA airport security
screening procedure protocol and operations by actively objecting to the
established screening process, “including but not limited to the
anticipated national opt-out day” as a “domestic extremist.” The label
is then broadened to include “any person, group or alternative media
source” that actively objects to, causes others to object to, supports
and/or elicits support for anyone who engages in such travel disruptions
at U.S. airports in response to the enhanced security procedures.
"For individuals who engaged in such activity at screening points, it
instructs TSA operations to obtain the identities of those individuals
and other applicable information and submit the same electronically to
the Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division, the Extremism and
Radicalization branch of the Office of Intelligence & Analysis (IA)
division of the Department of Homeland Security."

Quote for the times
“We’re not trying to overthrow the government. The government’s already been overthrown.” – Charlie Puckett, Commander, Kentucky State Militia.
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms
to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their
future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically
un-volunteer later.)
