Will 'Project Gunwalker' kill the evil BATF?
Insider sources claiming they can provide testimony and documentation to
confirm allegations raised in the “Project Gunwalker” story reported
previously in this column are now in contact and/or have been placed in
touch with Senate staffers.
I am not, at this time, free to give out the names or contact
information for any individual staffers, but advise reporters wishing to
pursue this story to contact the offices of Senators Chambliss, Sessions
and Grassley (bringing others in is an ongoing process). They are also,
of course, free to contact ATF at its headquarters and affected regional
offices.
Here's a follow-up on this:
One of the concerns my colleagues and I have been mindful of in the unfolding “Project Gunwalker” story is the concern that attempts will be made to discredit ATF insider sources speaking to Senate staffers. I received an email yesterday from an attorney with notable Second Amendment credentials who offered some advice, including being able to produce hard, targeted data to compel both politicians and the media to do their jobs.
--- The BATF Nazis need to be shut down. Of course the danger is they
will only be replaced by something worse. Which is why we need to
campaign just as hard to repeal
GCA '68
and the NFA
to provide no further justification for the existence of such evil
Nazis. Get this information out to all real patriots and your sheeple
relatives, 'friends' and associates who you think might actually act on
it. See other stories below... and

Did U.S. agency smuggle guns to Mexico to justify its budget?
The death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent north of Nogales, Ariz., on
December 14, 2010 might turn out to be the death knell for the federal
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, or ATF.
Allegations have surfaced suggesting that one of the guns used by
Mexican bandits during the firefight in which Border Patrol Agent Brian
Terry was killed might have been smuggled into Mexico with the knowing
assistance of ATF officials. If these allegations prove to be true, it
is quite possible that the long troubled agency could be dismantled.
Even if there proves to be no connection with Agent Terry's death, the
scrutiny generated by an investigation could crash the agency.

U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision: Constitution is
Void
The U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark decision that serves to allow judges to void the Constitution in their courtrooms. The decision was issued on January 18, 2011, and the Court did not even explain the decision (Docket No. 10-632, 10-633, and 10-690). One word decisions: DENIED.
--- The Fed black-robed shysters have been ignoring the u.S.
Constitution and Bill of Rights and their real intent for decades.
Nothing new about this... Or maybe they just decided to make it
'official.'

Game-changer! Arizona to pass 2012 eligibility law
A plan in Arizona to require presidential candidates to prove their
eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is approaching critical mass, even
though it has just been introduced.
The proposal from state Rep. Judy Burges, who carried a similar plan
that fell short last year only because of political maneuvering, was
introduced yesterday with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors.

The Arizona Shootings, The Second Amendment, And Aaron Zelman - Were Arizona shootings an 'assassination' of a federal judge?
If the newly elected Republican majority in the US House of
Representatives has a political death wish for 2012, they will stupidly
facilitate more gun control legislation. If there is anything the vast
majority of grassroots Americans (from just about anywhere) are
absolutely sick and tired of, it is gun control legislation. The vast
majority of Americans firmly support the right of the people to keep and
bear arms, the shooting in Tucson notwithstanding. In fact, since the
hastily passed Assault Weapons ban expired, a majority of Americans has
been truly educated regarding the intrinsic protection that personal
firearms possession affords. Thanks to notable researchers such as John
Lott, most Americans understand the veracity of writer Robert Heinlein’s
sagacious counsel: “An armed society is a polite society.” So true.

Insane Commie Brits ask stupid question: What are you meant to hunt with that?
--- I won't waste a moment of your time on their propaganda. I will share my comments, which of course they didn't and wouldn't dare post -
Didn't bother to read this propaganda. But to answer the question in the
headline:
The Second Amendment to our Bill of Rights, something you sad sack Brits
don't have, isn't about hunting little furry or feathered critters. It's
about hunting the evil creatures who would enslave us further. They walk
around on two legs and have pale white skin.
And we don't apologize for these facts. To anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Don't understand? Go to willowtowndotcom and
scroll right and read my quotes page first.
But of course the commie newswhores who run this rag, a govt. lapdog,
won't allow this to be posted will they?
Go ahead, grow some gonads and surprise me...

The Citizens’ militia is a safeguard against tyranny
The debate with respect to the right to keep and bear arms, as with other guarantees in the Bill of Rights, was not over whether it was desirable (all agreed that it was) but over whether it needed to be codified in the Constitution. During the 1788 ratification debates, the fear that the federal government would disarm the people in order to impose rule through a standing army or select militia was pervasive in Anti-federalist rhetoric.
--- The problem folks is that we allowed too many shysters who don't have our best interests at heart, i.e. our Liberty, to 'interpret' our Liberty for us over time.
The bottom line is all human beings have the natural-born right, duty and responsibility to fight back. No 'permission' by any level of government is required. End of discussion.
Of course the problem with that war is that we've been conditioned to believe the Nazis were the greater of the evils involved. The Soviets had already killed far more than the Nazis ever dreamed about. One hopes those involved in opposing the 'national socialists' learned something about their involvement with the 'world communists.'
The bottom line is you don't seek 'permission' from a tyrant or
Nazi(National Socialist), or "Liberal"(communist garbage) to kill it.

The divisiveness of coercive government
The best thing the president and Congress can do to reduce the potential for conflict and violence is reduce the impact of government on our lives. Doing so will not only produce a less-divided country and greater economic efficiency, but bear greater faith and allegiance to the vision of America held by our founders — a country of limited government. Our founders, in the words of Thomas Paine, recognized that, "Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one."
--- It may be too late for that Walter... or the republicrats may be too
cowardly to actually stand for anything.

I have known a few Communists in my time. The worst of them are the unrepentant ones, still aglow from the 1960s and 70s when the college campuses and streets were filled with protesters of every description. Others have unhappy memories of the FBI keeping track of them. The best of them had an epiphany at some point in their lives and realized that they truly were, as Lenin called them, “useful idiots.”
--- Until we decide to run them from our shores and ban them from our
governments on all levels, nothing will improve.

Lawsuit Could Expose Ugly Underbelly Of Kentucky Judicial System
At issue in Deters lawsuit is nothing less than The First Amendment. According to the rules of the Kentucky Bar Association, lawyers are severely muzzled when it comes to criticizing a sitting judge. While propriety and respect are hallmarks of the legal profession and the Bar Association, which is an arm of the Supreme Court, has an interest in securing for the entire system a healthy respect among the public, Deters suit raises a very interesting question: Why should lawyers not have the same rights as ordinary citizens to speak their minds?
--- So who decided it should be up to the shysters to police themselves?
The shysters of
course.

Is Mandatory Gun Insurance the Solution to Gun Violence?
As the gun control lobby seeks to exploit the Tucson tragedy to deprive
American citizens of their Second Amendment rights, Democrats are
already pressuring President Obama to support such unconstitutional
legislation. As Raven Clabough reported for The New American, Rep.
Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) has already introduce a bill in the House of
Representatives which would go beyond the strictures of the old Brady
Bill in limiting the capacity of the magazine of semiautomatic firearms.
That’s one way to restrict firearms. Another way is to price gun
ownership outside the realm of possibility. Watch for proposals for
insurance requirements for gun ownership which could place the cost of
owning guns beyond the financial means of those who may need them the
most for their self-defense: the poor.

Feds order farmer to destroy his own wheat crops: The shocking revelations of Wickard vs Filburn
In arguing for S.510, the “Food Safety Modernization Act,” there are all
sorts of attorneys, legislators and internet commentators who keep
claiming, “The government won’t try to control the food production of
small farms.” They say, “Your backyard garden is safe” and that the feds
won’t come knocking on your door to control your seeds or foods.
As usual, these pushers of Big Government are utterly ignorant of the
history in their own country. Because as you’ll learn right here, not
only CAN the U.S. government control and dictate to single-family farms
what they can grow in their own backyards; the government has already
blatantly done so!

Gee, How Does One Report On This?
A man in Arlington Virginia wrote a post on his blog following the shootings in Arizona which contained these sentences:
It is absolutely, absolutely unacceptable to shoot indiscriminately. Target only politicians and their staff and leave regular citizens alone. [CBS]
--- My posted comments:
When the Nazis went for the commies they were doing a good thing, as in
'the lesser of two evils' kind of thing.
If we had helped them maybe we wouldn't be having the problems we're
having in this country now. But the president at that time had
communists in his cabinet and a communist heart.
The simple-minded/evil will accuse me of being a Nazi. No. I despise
socialism/communism, now called "Liberal"ism, and 'progressivism' and
other cute names to hide its true evil, in all its forms. Mussolini
started out as a socialist. Look how he turned out.
We should learn something from that.

intellectually understand the evil we face here, at home.

Dependence Day - Or how we are following the Brits in their insanity
What happens when, as a matter of state policy, you debauch your human capital? The United Kingdom has the highest drug use in Europe, the highest incidence of sexually transmitted disease, the highest number of single mothers; marriage is all but defunct, except for toffs, upscale gays, and Muslims. For Americans, the quickest way to understand modern Britain is to look at what lbj’s Great Society did to the black family and imagine it applied to the general population. One-fifth of British children are raised in homes in which no adult works. Just under 900,000 people have been off sick for over a decade, claiming “sick benefits,” week in, week out, for ten years and counting. “Indolence,” as Machiavelli understood, is the greatest enemy of a free society, but rarely has any state embraced this oldest temptation as literally as Britain. There is almost nothing you can’t get the government to pay for.
Plucked at random from The Daily Mail: A man of twenty-one with learning disabilities has been granted taxpayers’ money to fly to Amsterdam and have sex with a prostitute. Why not? His social worker says sex is a “human right” and that his client, being a virgin, is entitled to the support of the state in claiming said right. Fortunately, a £520 million program was set up by Her Majesty’s Government to “empower those with disabilities.” “He’s planning to do more than just have his end away,” explained the social worker.
--- There is no limit to "Liberal"(commie) insanity but the limits we'll be forced to place upon it...
And I have to disagree with him on how we are 'like' Britain. We have a
Bill of Rights that is still partly intact. We didn't turn in our
weapons to the government. And some of us will kill those who demand we
do.

Alarming NOAA data, Rapid Pole Shift
The NOAA National Geophysical Data Center maintains a data set of annual
magnetic north pole coordinates going back to the year 1590, derived
from early measurements from ships logs to modern day techniques.
Noting that there has been lots of reporting of pole shift lately, to
the point where the phenomenon is actually causing real-world issues
such as temporary airport closures, a deeper investigation was in order.
--- My posted comments(You might have to read the other comments to understand):
Santy Claus won’t have to move cause he has a secret underground base
constructed long ago by the aliens, with multiple secret entrances
planet wide. How do you think he does that delivery thing? Rudolph is
just a code name for his faster than light spaceship. The ‘reindeer’ are
his crew.
Yep, I’ve been spending way too much time on YouTube…
And not to be a smartass, or more than I already am, my ancestors, poor
farmers and working class no-bodies, survived just fine without a
compass. Some of them probably barely knew what one was. They only had
to know how to get to the garden and the outhouse or where to find the
cow, if they had one. Not a way of life I look forward to exploring.
There’s nothing wrong with prepping for what may happen. But we know for
sure if we don’t take our government back we will all be full-blown
slaves. It’s time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and prepare
for what will be required to restore Liberty. It’s time to think
Normandy.

Scientists: Mass starvation possible as new Ice Age looms
Worried geologists and climatologists are crunching the numbers and the
totals they're arriving at equals the sum of all fears...
A new Ice Age is looming and the only debate remaining is whether the
Earth has already slipped into one or is it about to occur?
Core samples reveal bleak future
During the last century, geologists obtained deep-ocean core samples
from the bottom of the Pacific. Upon analysis of those cores they were
able to confirm that the cycles of Ice Ages occur with regularity. For
the last 800,000 years an Ice Age starts, lasts 100,000 years, and then
is interrupted by what's known as an interglacial period (a stretch of
warmer years between Ice Ages). Interglacial periods last about 10,000
years and then abruptly come to an end.
--- Another way the world can end. Another way to distract us with
something we really have no power over. It's time to stop hunkering down
for the apocalypse and prepare for what will be required to sustain and
restore the Liberty of the survivors. It's time to start thinking
Normandy.

So-called 'amerikans' have become a pathetic cowardly bunch. Many are
dead, murdered by our government, while many others
sit in prison after
being railroaded there for disobeying, even unknowingly, laws that have no place in a
so-called 'free country,' while the rest sit lazily in their recliners
watching the whores who sold them out with NAFTA and many other treaties
and laws continue to lie on the weaponvision.
Pathetic.

Quote for the times
“Some fought to free the slaves, but a polling of
the rank and file through their letters and diaries indicates that those
whose primary object was the liberation of the Negroes comprised only a
small part of the fighting forces. It seems doubtful that one soldier in
ten at any time during the conflict had any real interest in
emancipation per se.”

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms
to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their
future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,

that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically
