Big Pharma scores big: medicinal herbs will disappear in EU

"Big Pharma has almost reached the finish line of its decades-long battle to wipe out all competition. As of 1 April 2011—less than eight months from now—virtually all medicinal herbs will become illegal in the European Union. The approach in the United States is a bit different, but it’s having the same devastating effect. The people have become nothing more than sinks for whatever swill Big Pharma and Agribusiness choose to send our way, and we have no option but to pay whatever rates they want.

"Big Pharma and Agribusiness have almost completed their march to take over every aspect of health, from the food we eat to the way we care for ourselves when we’re ill. Have no doubt about it: this takeover will steal what health remains to us."

Why didn't the Kentucky Firearms Freedom act pass in 2010?

"It's a shameful story that needs to be told, so gun owners realize what we're up against.

"In the 2010 legislative session, we had 28 sponsors of the Kentucky Firearms Freedom Act in the House and five sponsors in the Senate.

"Representative Darryl Owens (D-Louisville), acting as the committee chairman, canceled three of the last four House Elections Committee meetings so they wouldn't be forced to address the KFFA. Then on the last day, Representative Stan Lee (R-Lexington) filed a discharge petition to bypass the stonewalling committee and move HB87 directly to the House floor for a vote. Before that could happen, Darryl Owens suddenly called a special meeting of the House Elections Committee to hear the KFFA, thus rendering the discharge petition void so nobody in the House would be required to vote on the KFFA.

"Of course, the KFFA didn't get a fair committee hearing. They pretended to listen, Representative Kevin Bratcher (R-Louisville) was sympathetic and tried to do his job, but Darryl Owens, Mary Lou Marzian (D-Louisville) and others like them managed to pretend to listen, and then suddenly there was a motion to adjourn and a second, and the KFFA was dead for 2010. Nobody even had the guts to vote on it in the House Elections Committee. The KFFA was killed by procedural maneuvering that allows those in power to do whatever they wish without any concern for the people of Kentucky.

"These weasels think procedural stunts like this are funny. They enjoy lording their power over the little people."

snip

"Call the NRA at 800-392-8683 and let them know that they should stop studying the national Firearms Freedom Act and start supporting it! The GOA the JPFO, the SAF, the CCRKBA, and several other pro-gun groups already support the Firearms Freedom Act."

What commies do...

"This is video taken at the state capitol in Frankfort. A group of concerned citizens wanted to deliver a petition to Rep. Darryl Owens, the committee chair that's been blocking important bills from going forward. Bills like HCR 10, HCR 11, HB 380 (10th Amendment Resolutions and Bills), HB 87 (The Kentucky Firearms Freedom Act), and HCR 13 (Second Amendment Resolution). Passing these bills is vitally important if we are to preserve the rights and liberties of all Kentuckians. Why would Rep. Owens fight against rights and liberty?"

Answer? Because they're commies. They need to be arrested, tried for treason for breaking their oaths to uphold the Bill of Rights and speedily executed.

Local rag reports on commie care

"Shaw said that when people have the option of buying health insurance, a significant number of young, healthy people choose not to. But, he said, the insurance industry wants those people in the system because their premiums will help pay the costs of those who are ill."

Very interesting comment. I've never trusted the insurance companies, nor liked them, any more than the banksters, whose only goal seems to be squeezing the most from their victims, i.e. their customers. As someone once said to me, look at who has the biggest buildings in town and you'll see the biggest thieves. Of course now the biggest building in a lot of Kentucky small towns is the state 'Just-us' center where the shysters, in and out of their black robes, are protected from the sheeple by metal detectors.

Really makes one wonder who's really behind commie care...

Federal prosecutor accuses 'Just-us Dept.' of reverse racism

"Department officials have consistently said they were following the law and evidence when they dismissed the case after they had won it by default judgment.

"Mr. Coates posited a different explanation on Friday."

"Based upon my own personal knowledge of the events surrounding the division's actions in the Panther case and the atmosphere that existed and continues to exist in the division and in the voting section against fair enforcement of certain federal voting laws, I do not believe these representations to this commission accurately reflect what occurred in the Panther case and do not reflect the hostile atmosphere that existed within the division for a long time against race-neutral enforcement of the Voting Rights Act," he said."

As I've written before the militias need to post two guards outside each polling place with signs that proclaim they are there to protect the rights of everyone to vote, even the ignorant and the selfish who are allowed to participate in the vote buying scheme called socialism.

Prepare to be betrayed

"You might as well know right now, however, that the Tea Party, no matter how successful it is at the polls in November, will certainly betray the party of liberty. There are several reasons for this, but the fundamental one is intellectual. The Tea Party does not have a coherent view of liberty. Its activists tend to be good on specific economic issues like taxes, spending, stimulus, and health care. They worry about government intervention in these areas and can talk a good game.

"But just as with old-time conservatives, there are many issues on which the Tea Party tends toward inconsistency. The military and the issue of war is a major one. Many have bought into the line that the greatest threat this country faces domestically is the influx of adherents of Islam; in international politics, they tend to favor belligerence toward any regime that is not a captive of U.S. political control.

"On immigration, the Tea Party ethos favors national IDs and draconian impositions on businesses rather than market solutions like cutting welfare. On social and cultural issues, they can be as confused as the Christian right, believing that it is the job of government to right all wrongs and punish sin."

Rockwell is essentially right. I've been saying for years the 'conservatives' and Libertarians need to work together to destroy a mutual domestic enemy. But they have so far refused to pull their heads far enough out of their rear ends to do so. Nothing will get better until we cease to choose one version of authoritarianism over another.

Tea parties gain ground abroad

"When Britain’s Conservative Party holds its annual conference next month, some of the policies of the coalition government it leads will come under fire from a nascent British “tea party” movement that is drawing inspiration from its U.S. namesake."

It's way past time the Brits got off their rear ends. They should have started killing their "Liberal" garbage when they were told to surrender their personal weapons.

Congress motions toward early departure, several bills on the rocks

"The parties have hit a rock-hard impasse over the Bush-era tax rates, which if left unaddressed will expire, triggering a tax hike for almost every American. Democrats argue that taxing the highest income bracket will earn government the extra money needed to close the deficit."

May they let the door hit them on the ass on the way out...

Pelosi's boat may be sinking as many Dems won't commit to supporting her as speaker

"Nothing in the U.S. Constitution requires members to vote for one of the two parties' nominees -- perhaps no Democrat would dare vote for Boehner -- but enough votes for a de facto write-in candidate could act as a Pelosi spoiler if Democrats hold a slim majority.

"More likely, however, is that Pelosi will face a rare, though symbolic, challenge to her reign, marking a shift in loyalties compared with the past two election seasons when Pelosi enjoyed unanimous support from her caucus."

Soros revealed as funder of commie Jewish-Amerikan lobby

"The Jewish-American advocacy group J Street, which bills itself as the dovish alternative to the influential American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) lobby, has secretly received funding from billionaire George Soros despite previous denials that it accepted funds from the Hungarian-born financier and liberal political activist."

Marxist mutt wants to make internet wiretaps easier

"Broad new regulations being drafted by the Obama administration would make it easier for law enforcement and national security officials to eavesdrop on Internet and e-mail communications like social networking Web sites and BlackBerries, The New York Times reported Monday.

"The newspaper said the White House plans to submit a bill next year that would require all online services that enable communications to be technically equipped to comply with a wiretap order. That would include providers of encrypted e-mail, such as BlackBerry, networking sites like Facebook and direct communication services like Skype."

Are the same commies who whined about the so-called 'patriot act' going to raise any real ruckus over this?

The commie govt., with or without republicrats in power, doesn't need any more power over our lives. If the republicrats don't get that they don't need to take back the congress.

Are independent thinkers mentally ill?

"Do you question authority? Fail to accept conventional wisdom? Lose your temper when you hear a politician make a promise that you know he or she can’t keep?

"If so, you may be mentally ill, according to the most recent revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). In this revision, psychiatrists hope to add dozens of new mental disorders. Unfortunately, many of these so-called illnesses target people who merely think or behave differently from the majority population."

My comments:

They haven’t come for me yet, and I’ve posted this in many places:

Our biggest enemies are white, were born here, and call themselves “Liberals” and progressives to hide their evil communist tendencies.

It will take many expensive suits hanging along Penn. Ave. to fix this mess if it can be fixed, and an extensive “Liberal” season whereby we force the amerikan communist insurgents out of the country or kill enough of them to restore Liberty.

It’s way past time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and to prepare for the fight that must come because it will be forced upon us by the powers who want to always be.

Don’t understand? Start here.

Nugent: Freedom Vs. Shariah

"Americans may not know much about Islam or its followers, but what we do know is that bloodthirsty terrorism is more often than not carried out by crazy-eyed, Muslim voodoo monsters screaming "God Is Great" while slaughtering innocent people. The Obama administration refuses to use the word "Islam" in describing these terrorists out of concern it will offend Muslims. I'm offended this is our nation's policy."

The sad fact is that most 'Amerikans' don't much about much of anything beyond sports, eating and manicuring their yards.

Quote for the times

"There is no worse tyranny than to force a man to pay for what he does not want merely because you think it would be good for him." - Robert A. Heinlein (1907-1988) American writer

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically un-volunteer later.)

It's time to bring back the old saying: "Better dead than red."
Only we need to apply it to Amerika's reds.

Watch to see what we should be teaching kids
to do to "Liberals" so they'll actually
have a future in a free country:

“No small shot gun, during my residence of seven years of war in America, was ever kept in the house of a backwoodsman. You will often see a boy not over ten years of age driving the cattle home, but not without a rifle on his shoulder; they never stir out on any business, or on a journey without their rifles. Practice from their infancy, teaches them all distances…

“I never in my life saw better rifles (or men who shot better) than those made in America. They are chiefly made in Lancaster, and two or three neighboring towns in that vicinity in Pennsylvania. The barrels weigh about six pounds two or three ounces and carry a ball no larger than thirty-six to the pound; at least I never saw one of a larger caliber, and I have seen many hundreds and hundreds.” - Colonel George Hanger, captain of a Hessian Jager corps of the American Revolution, as quoted in Muzzleloader Magazine's 'The Book of Buckskinning.'

Our civilization has been taken from mindless aggression to mindless pacifism. The latter is the most dangerous by far. We must put knowledge of our most basic right, that of self-defense, back into the hands and minds of the young, or they are doomed to be mindless pacified slaves, and most importantly 'victims' that those who seek to maintain their power over us all can use as pawns.
