The Diminishing Returns of Fear Mongering
Over the ages, governments refined their appeals to popular fears, fostering
an ideology that emphasizes the people’s vulnerability to a variety of
internal and external dangers from which their governors are represented to
be their protectors. Government, it is claimed, protects the populace from
external attackers and from internal disorder, both of which are portrayed
as ever-present threats.
Sometimes the government, as if seeking to nourish this mythology with
grains of truth, does protect people in this fashion — even the shepherd
protects his sheep, but he does so to serve his own interest, not theirs,
and when the time comes, he will shear or slaughter them as his interests
dictate.
--- What a concept. Now apply this to your favorite religion, most of whom
were created or manipulated by human governments as control devices. See the
next article...

Reason in the Balance and why Fundamentalists are Beyond Reason
In 1348 a plague would break out in central Asia. By 1349 this plague had
reached every corner of Europe. In the cities of France, Italy and Germany,
much of the population would die within a year and in England half the
population of London would die.
To the Christians of Medieval Europe the long promised Apocalypse had
arrived, and Jesus would surely return soon to claim the faithful and punish
the sinners. The Church had taught for ten centuries that all events,
natural, political, and social must follow the Bible and all knowledge is
revealed there. All events are the work of God for His ultimate purpose. So
millions stopped planting crops, stopped planning for the future, and
awaited salvation as Christian leaders promised.
But Jesus didn't come and the death continued. In 1357-62 a second outbreak
would kill millions more, still no Jesus. All of this was made worse by
famine, political chaos, and war. "It must be the work of the Devil"
proclaimed Bishops while doomsday prophets lined every street corner. But,
It must be those in league with Satan, so who are they would ask?
--- This guy's grammar has much to be desired but he makes several good points. I'll never forget the revival preacher who stood in front of me when I was a teenager during a service and proclaimed "I think it'll all be over by 1985."
It's way past time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and to start
thinking Normandy.

At least this preacher has a little bit of a clue...
Now where is his militia uniform and how many in his congregation will form up outside the church when the time comes.
The time should have already come long ago.

AP Enterprise: US push not halting guns to Mexico
Federal agents are barely able to slow the river of American guns flowing
into Mexico. In two years, a new effort to increase inspections of travelers
crossing the border has netted just 386 guns — an almost infinitesimal
amount given that an estimated 2,000 slip across each day.
The problem came into sharp focus again last month when a U.S. Immigration
and Customs Enforcement agent was killed on a northern Mexican highway with
a gun that was purchased in a town outside Fort Worth, Texas.
--- More propaganda from the 'Associated Propagandists,' obviously a tool of the BATF Nazis and the NWO.
I really like what 'Beach_bubba' had to say about this(in the comments):
"What crap....I live in southern Mexico....the guns come from Venz and Cuba
via Lebanese brokers. They also are importing 10s of thousands of muslims
and supplying documents to allow them to get business and education visa to
US as "Mexican" citizens. Urbmama supports this. Go sing real loud in church
and all this will stop and flowers will bloom."

World Bank: Food prices at "dangerous levels"
Global food prices have hit "dangerous levels" that could contribute to
political instability, push millions of people into poverty and raise the
cost of groceries, according to a new report from the World Bank.
The bank released a report Tuesday that said global food prices have jumped
29 percent in the past year, and are just 3 percent below the all-time peak
hit in 2008. Bank President Robert Zoellick said the rising prices have hit
people hardest in the developing world because they spend as much as half
their income on food.

U.S. May Reject Off-Shore Drilling Permits Due to Ruling
The Obama administration says it may have to reject seven permits for
deep-water drilling that have become the subject of high-profile legal and
political battles if a federal judge in New Orleans forces the government to
make a quick decision on the applications.
In court filings late Friday, the Interior Department said the permit
applications are flawed or incomplete, and that Judge Martin Feldman's order
that it decide on them before the end of the month disrupts the normal
back-and-forth negotiations between oil companies and federal regulators.

New legislation a boon to community radio
A new law, the Local Community Radio Act, reduces the amount of bandwidth
allowed between existing FM stations. The newly available bandwidth would be
used to create noncommercial radio stations operating at a low power, 100
watts, and have a transmission range of 10 to 15 miles.
As many as 2,000 new noncommercial stations are expected nationally
beginning about 2013. Under the law, as many as five low-power stations
could operate in Pittsburgh, which has none.

Carts one of dirtiest places in grocery store, study says
Professor Charles Gerba, the lead researcher, swabbed the handles of 85
carts in four states for bacterial contamination.
Gerba says 72% of the carts had a positive marker for fecal bacteria. When
they examined some of the samples, they found Escherichia coli, also known
as E. coli, on half of them.
--- I usually use those handy wipes at the grocery store. Once a woman asked me if I was concerned about the flu, after all the propaganda about flu shots last year. I told her no, I see too many men leaving restrooms without washing their hands.
It's my long held belief that many sheeple would have benefited by being
raised in a barn.

Using or creating an 'alien threat?'
I don't buy that the Nazis had advanced 'alien' tech. The 'watchers' have been here for a very long time, way before the Nazis. The German military may have been experimenting with advanced tech, as they were with jets/rockets, as our govt. obviously is, which it probably acquired from more advanced races/species. Yes, it can be an excuse, just as mainstream 'Christianity' is, to sit on one's ass and do nothing because 'this has all been predicted and you can't do anything about it.' Blind belief in one batch of bravo sierra or another amounts to the same difference.
Our Earthly masters try not to miss an opportunity to take advantage of a
situation, via
Rahm Emanuel. Watch the vid on this subject below and remember
what Hitler said: "The
truth is the best propaganda."

Marine Corps watching Army carbine search
As the Army prepares for a two-year, $30 million competition to identify a
possible new carbine, the Marine Corps is watching closely and evaluating
what its own future weapons should look like.
Marine officials still plan the service’s infantry weapons around the 5.56mm
M16A4 service rifle, but “that doesn’t mean we can’t be getting smart” about
other options, said Lt. Col. Mark Brinkman, head of the infantry weapons
program at Quantico, Va.-based Marine Corps Systems Command.
--- I vote for the one that proves best for hitting running
"Liberals"(commies) at 300 meters.

Army wants 36 more 'Punisher' weapons in 2012
Only five XM25 weapons exist today, but Soldiers lucky enough to have used
them in Afghanistan are saying more are needed.
Two Soldiers took the prototype weapons into theater to link them up with
requesting units. They trained troops on the weapon's use and managed the
Forward Operational Assessment to collect information about the weapon's
performance in theater and how Soldiers used it.
--- I vote we re-name it the 'Patriot' and hand two out to all Militia
squads.

Excalibur: Turning 'artillery cannon into a sniper rifle'
Integrating Excalibur into existing Army systems was a unique challenge.
While howitzers and their crews require data in order to fire, the rounds
themselves require no data.
With Excalibur, the rounds need data - gun and target locations, launch
angles, muzzle velocity, GPS satellite information, etc., and some start-up
electrical power.
Data and a small amount of power are transferred into the round via
inductive coupling with a device called the Enhanced Portable Inductive
Artillery Fuse Setter, referred to as EPIAFS.
--- Again, the militias need a few of these, along with the GPS data on all
the Marxist mutt signs...

Judge Vinson Clarifies Florida Ruling, Maintains That Entire Health Care Law Is Unconstitutional
He reiterated his finding that the Congress exceeded its authority when it
passed the individual mandate and said that because the mandate was
unseverable from the rest of the Act the entire legislation was void. He
said that his order applied to all parts of the law, including those
provisions currently in effect.
He said he had expected the government lawyers to immediately seek a stay of
the ruling.
--- Gee, I didn't need a black-robed shyster to tell me that. But then the
constitution is full of loopholes. We need an amendment to forbid all forms
of communism/socialism.

United States Sitting On World’s Largest Untapped Oil Reserve
The untapped reserves are estimated up to 2.3 Trillion barrels, nearly three times the reserves held by the OPEC countries and sufficient to meet 300 years of demand, at today’s levels — for auto, truck, aircraft, heating and industrial fuel, without importing a single barrel of oil.

World Net Daily named among 'dangerous' patriot organizations by SPLC
A new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center on "hate groups" warns of
the explosive growth in 2010 of extremist, "patriot" organizations, among
them the Constitution Party, Oath Keepers and WorldNetDaily.
In the Spring 2011 issue of its Intelligence Report, titled "The Year in
Hate & Extremism," the SPLC identifies 824 "patriot" organizations it says
"define themselves as opposed to the 'New World Order,' engage in groundless
conspiracy theorizing or advocate or adhere to extreme antigovernment
doctrines."
--- We need to demand the SPLC, ADL et al, stay away from any and all law
enforcement training programs.

Why the Dollar's Reign Is Near an End
My calculations suggest that the dollar will have to fall by roughly 20%. Because the prices of imported goods will rise in the U.S., living standards will be reduced by about 1.5% of GDP—$225 billion in today's dollars. That is the equivalent to a half-year of normal economic growth. While this is not an economic disaster, Americans will definitely feel it in the wallet.
--- My calculations, based only on experience and common sense, say that if
gas goes up to 4 and 5 bucks a gallon, the economy will crash again, and
maybe worse than before. The working poor in the rural areas cannot pay
such.

Bring the dollars home from overseas and hand them out...

hard currencies: lead, brass, copper and steel.

New U.N. treaty in the making?
Next year will be the 20th anniversary of UNCED (United
Nations Conference on Environment and Development), the largest collection
of environmental zealots ever assembled. For the celebration, the U.N. has
again designated Rio de Janeiro to host the UNCSD (United Nations Conference
on Sustainable Development).
There is no way to count the dollars that have been wasted over the last 20
years by people attending thousands of U.N. meetings around the world, all
designed to strengthen global governance and tighten the noose around the
people who still believe in individual freedom and free-market capitalism.
The U.N. Commission on Sustainable Development is but one of many U.N.
organizations and agencies that conduct multiple international meetings each
year. Last month, U.N. meetings on sustainable development alone were
occurring 22 of the 28 days somewhere in the world. This U.N. Commission is
responsible for implementing Agenda 21 across the entire planet. They have
been exceedingly successful.

GOA Calls for House Investigation into “Project Gunrunner” as Sen. Reid Drags his Feet
According to recent press reports -- such as Fox News --
the ATF has enabled gun smuggling by telling gun dealers in the southwest to
sell weapons to known straw purchasers (people who buy guns for others).
Even worse, one of those guns became the murder weapon in a tragic case
where a Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, was gunned down on December 14th,
2010.
This ATF operation is called Project Gunrunner and its purpose was to
monitor illicit gun sales in the southwest in order to track down the
smuggling rings delivering guns to the drug cartels.
--- See their smaller report: ATF Allows Flow of Guns Into Mexico and to sign GOA's petition to end the BATF Nazis' jurisdiction over firearms go here.
We not only need to end their 'jurisdiction' we need to
shut them down, distribute their retirement plans among their victims,
arrest and try for treason/murder all those creatures involved in the Branch
Davidian/Weaver family murders and the railroading of
David Olofson into
prison.

Public Broadcasting Should Go Private
Last year, for example, the Open Society Foundation, backed by liberal financier George Soros, gave NPR $1.8 million to help support the latter's plan to hire an additional 100 reporters. When NPR receives million-dollar gifts from Mr. Soros, it is an insult to taxpayers when other organizations, such as MoveOn.org demand that Congress "save NPR and PBS" by guaranteeing "permanent funding and independence from partisan meddling," as the liberal interest group did last month. It was even more insulting when PBS posted a message on Twitter thanking MoveOn.org—the group that once labeled Gen. David Petraeus as "General Betray Us"—for the help.
--- Yep, it's way past time to shut down National
Propaganda Radio and Propaganda Broadcasting Service and end their arrogant
obfuscation through programs such as "All Things Lied About.'

Yep, straight to the now 'Red House,' since it's now
occupied by a commie and NWO hack.
If the fundie ragheads gain real ground in this country it'll be because of
laws written by white "Liberal"(commie) freaks who were born here and who
are our biggest enemies.
But then we have the 'anti-patriot' act which was recently re-upped by
'conservatives.'

Quote for the times
"War is not merely a political act, but also a political
instrument, a continuation of political relations, a carrying out of the
same by other means." -
Carl von
Clausewitz
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms
to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their
future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically
un-volunteer later.)
