Arizona Governor signs bill authorizing volunteer state militia
Gov. Jan Brewer has signed a bill creating a state militia that she
could deploy at any time, and for any reason.
The bill, SB1495, creates a volunteer state militia, separate and apart
from the National Guard.
--- That'd be a good way to get rid of them, send them into an NBC disaster site with a bottle of Mr. Clean and a roll of Brawny.
The Militias should have one purpose: Protect what little Liberty we have left and fight to re-establish the Liberty that has been lost. The real 'terrorists' were all born here, most have white skin and probably draw a government paycheck or work for or fund some commie front group.
The National Guard is funded by the Federal Government and their weapons are kept in Federal Armories and issued by the U.S. Army. It's a matter of time until these state government 'state militias' are treated the same way.
We must pass amendments to the U.S. and state constitutions that clarify
the militias are 'the people' with their own weapons that can be
purchased at the local hardware store and their purpose is the
maintenance of Liberty to the point of having at least arrest powers
over commie/fascist/authoritarian politicians who introduce Liberty
eroding legislation. They should have the power to drag the garbage from
the state house or U.S. Congress, give them a quick treason trial and
hang them from the official gallows out front.

South Carolina House passes 'Incandescent Light Bulb Freedom Act'
The federal Environmental Protection Agency is phasing out the sale of
incandescent bulbs in the United States. Lawmakers want to make the
Palmetto State an exception.
The Incandescent Light Bulb Freedom Act — that’s the real name of the
bill — would encourage local production and sale of incandescents by
allowing the state to sidestep federal regulations.

Will SCOTUS also rule commiecare unconstitutional? Don’t bet on it.
As many predicted, lower courts continue to find Obamacare
unconstitutional.
The reason? Because it is unconstitutional. The Constitution limits the
federal government’s powers. How can there be any limits on federal
power if they can compel Americans to buy goods and services?
But just because the lower courts continue to find Obamacare
unconstitutional, don’t get your hopes up. These cases are opening acts,
theater, leading to the real show: the Supreme Court.
--- This is why the Founders who demanded a Bill of Rights also demanded
a Second Amendment, which is about hunting tyrants and their servants,
not deer or ducks.
Will we allow those who refuse to participate in this communist evil to
be imprisoned or murdered if they resist?
Patriots sitting in prison, railroaded there by the BATF Nazi scum and
the IRS answer this question. The dead children of the Branch Davidians
and the Weaver family answer this question, for their murderers are
still drawing govt. checks when their flesh should have long rotted from
their bones.
The Founders, if they are out there observing us, have already turned
their heads in shame.
It's time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and to start
thinking Normandy.

The Tea Parties now have their man
...
many GOP shills and toadies have jumped on the Tea Party bandwagon and have attempted to redefine its goals and objectives, including many of the talking heads on FOX News. In truth, many Tea Party activists regularly look to Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, and other “conservative” celebrities to champion their cause.
--- The 'tea party' needs to financially support
Phil Moffett for governor of
Kentucky. It's the best message they could send this year.

Kentucky GOP Chair Steve Robertson has threatened to have both candidates removed from the ballot if they win the primary, using a provision of Kentucky election law. Candidates for election in a primary must sign a statement saying they “intend to support its principles and policies” of their party. Robertson alleges that signing a petition allowing another candidate to run for office violates this oath.
--- The arrogance is unending, unless we end it, and that won't be done
with a few election cycles.

Louisville Tea Party denies they and others support Williams
The Louisville Tea Party Board and its members have unanimously and
overwhelmingly affirmed their support of Phil Moffett & Mike Harmon in
this race, having formally endorsed their campaign on March 29th in its

Even The Commie Journal says Moffett is a favorite of the Tea Party
Political newcomer Phil Moffett is undeniably a long shot in his bid to
win the Republican nomination for governor, but he cites recent Kentucky
political history as a reason for optimism.
Moffett, 48, a Louisville businessman who considers himself the only
true tea party candidate among the three Republicans who are running,
said he was inspired by the success last year of political novice Rand
Paul in Kentucky's U.S. Senate race.
--- A 'long shot' isn't quite the shot it used to be.

Reason for Optimism in Kentucky Governor’s Race
There is no doubt that even many Republican members of the Kentucky
legislature have a strong dislike for Senate President David Williams,
and, if you ask them in private, they will tell you the truth. Of
course, in public, they either keep their mouths shut or speak in favor
of Williams, because he is a powerful political figure, and they fear
him.
Why do they dislike him so much?
Maybe it is because he is the “Bully from Burkesville”, who gets his way
not by persuading people that he has the best ideas but by reminding
them that he will get revenge if they don’t go along.

For you 'do it yourselfers'
This is patterned after a similar toy offered to the U.S. military, only
theirs is launched by a mortar tube looking device and is armed, like a
small missle. I had a link to a vid on YouTube but it was taken down
overnight because of 'copyright.' I have a copy someone emailed
me but I won't post it because I can't afford the shyster fees. Here's
the company that makes them.
When we can buy one at the local hardware store we'll know we live in a

Memo Ties Kennedy Assassination To UFO Coverup
An uncovered letter written by John F Kennedy to the head of the CIA
shows that the president demanded to be shown highly confidential
documents about UFOs 10 days before his assassination.
The secret memo is one of two letters written by JFK asking for
information about the paranormal on November 12 1963, which have been
released by the CIA for the first time.

The Truth About Taxes and Redistribution
When Americans think of the top earners in the United States, they often
overstate the earnings of those with the highest reported earnings. The
top 10 percent of United States tax returns report $114,000 in earnings,
the top 5 percent of households report $169,000 in earnings, and the top
1 percent report $380,000.

Operation Fast and Furious Threatens Scandal
A secret operation to run guns across the border to Mexican drug
cartels—overseen by U.S. government agents—threatens to become a major
scandal for the Obama administration.
The operation, called Fast and Furious, was run out of the Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) office in Phoenix,
Ariz. ATF sanctioned the purchase of weapons in U.S. gun shops and
tracked the smuggling route to the Mexican border. Reportedly, more than
2,500 firearms were sold to straw buyers who then handed off the weapons
to gunrunners under the nose of ATF.

Pikers Threaten UK Farmer with Chainsaws, Police Take Farmer’s Guns
A British farmer, terminally-ill Tracy St Clair Pearce, was spraying weeds on her farm with she heard the sound of chainsaws running. She found four boys cutting down trees on her land and told them to get off her land.
Here's the original story on a Brit website.

Olofson out of jail, needs help to start his business
David Olofson has been subjected to a gross miscarriage of justice. What
happened to Olofson could happen to any American who owns a
semi-automatic firearm.
He was convicted of knowingly transferring an unregistered machine gun –
a gun which fired a burst and jammed. Gun owners call that a
malfunction. The federal government calls it an easy way to get a felony
conviction. Olofson was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison.
--- If we had the military force we should have he would never had spent
a day in prison and the BATF Nazi scum who sent him there would be on
YouTube, hanging from a tree.

And the same evil mentality is here: UK Gun Owner Fired Over Gun in Car
The University of Kentucky has fired a graduate student and former
anesthesia technician, Michael Mitchell, for keeping a gun in his car a
mile away from the university hospital where he was employed.
The university then proceeded to try to deny Mitchell unemployment
compensation by claiming, unsuccessfully, that he was fired for
misconduct. A hearing officer found against the University of Kentucky
and in favor of Mitchell.
--- Think about that before you pay tuition to UK.

WH Working on Executive Order That Critics Say Will Stifle Political Speech
In what the White House calls a push for transparency, a pending
executive order would require companies doing business with the federal
government to disclose political contributions to independent groups,
but would not place the same requirement on public employee unions or
federal grant recipients that typically donate to Democrats.
Entitled the “Disclosure of Political Spending By Government
Contractors,” the order would implement parts of the DISCLOSE Act, which
failed to get through Congress last year. The legislation sought to
restrict campaign speech after the landmark Citizens United vs. Federal
Elections Commission U.S. Supreme Court ruling that upheld the right of
corporations and unions to donate to campaigns.
--- When the commies take the First Amendment we must fall back on the
Second and kill them in whatever numbers are required to restore
Liberty.

Dumping The Dollar: China Proposes To Cut Two Thirds Of Its $3 Trillion In USD Holdings
All those who were hoping global stock markets would surge tomorrow
based on a ridiculous rumor that China would revalue the CNY by 10% will
have to wait. Instead, China has decided to serve the world another
surprise.
Following last week’s announcement by PBoC Governor Zhou (Where’s Waldo)
Xiaochuan that the country’s excessive stockpile of USD reserves has to
be urgently diversified, today we get a sense of just how big the
upcoming Chinese defection from the “buy US debt” Nash equilibrium will
be. Not surprisingly, China appears to be getting ready to cut its USD
reserves by roughly the amount of dollars that was recently printed by
the Fed, or $2 trilion or so. And to think that this comes just as news
that the Japanese pension fund will soon be dumping who knows what. So,
once again, how about that “end of QE” again?

Quote for the times
"When things look bad, like they're not gonna go your way....that's when you get mean. I'm talkin' plumb maddog mean. because if you lose your head and give up you neither win nor live. that's just the way it is." - From the movie The Outlaw Josey Wales, 1976

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms
to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their
future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically
un-volunteer later.)
