Government trains troops to run American cities

"Local government officials are training active duty military soldiers to run communities, re-igniting fears that troops will be used to deal with civil unrest in the event of a total economic collapse or other national emergency in a newly militarized America.

“The 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division met with City Manager Mary Corriveau, Mayor Jeff Graham and other City officials gaining insight about city infrastructure,” reports ABC 50.

Ultimate and gruesome training...

What is the militia and why do we need it?

"The Constitution in Article I, Section 8 provides for the Congress to adopt regulations for the organizing and training of the Militia, but that organizing and training and appointment of officers, shall be done by the States. The Second Amendment mentions the Militia as an important reason why the people have a right to keep and bear arms; they must be ready to serve as Militia.

"The National Guard although by definition is made up of individuals who are a part of the Militia, it is a separate force organized and funded under the constitutional authority to raise armies, not the authority to call up the Militia. This makes them part of the federal military and not what the Framers meant by the term Militia."

GOP Candidate: Violent overthrow of the government is 'on the table'

"The Texas Republican still believes that revolution is an option if elections don't bring change.

"Our nation was founded on violence; the option is on the table," Broden said. "I don't think that we should ever remove anything from the table as it relates to our liberties and our freedoms."

"We have a right to get rid of that government and to get rid of it by any means necessary," he concluded.

"Jonathan Neerman, head of the Dallas County Republican Party, told The Dallas Morning News that he disagreed with Broden.

"It is a disappointing, isolated incident," he said."

This Neerman coward needs to be drummed out of the fort for cowardice.

Finally, a candidate with some courage, saying at least part of what needs to be said...

'Un-a-lien-able' rights attacked in Liberty, Kentucky

"I’d like to respond to the article “Tea Party members allege 1st Amendment rights violated” on Sept. 30, and other letters that followed.

"Do you believe, as the Founders wrote in the Declaration of Independence, that we are blessed with God-given, unalienable Rights? Let’s spell that out: un-a-lien-able. Do you have a mortgage? You don’t really own your house, do you? The bank has a claim — a lien.

"Un-a-lien-able: no one can place a lien."

Which was in response to this. Here's another letter in response and another(actually possibly the instigator of this whole affair).

I was at the event and told Richard I was much more concerned about what happened with the Lebanon event, Ham Days. The Heartland Tea Party had already paid for a booth but was told a week before the event they couldn’t attend and that their money would be refunded. Some of us showed up and handed out fliers for the Tea Party meeting anyway.

The rule concerning not ‘soliciting’ away from one’s booth likely came about because vendors who had purchased space to sell t-shirts or hot dogs were concerned their competition wouldn’t have to pay the same prices or abide by the same rules to make a profit.

The enforcement of such against political organizations likely boils down to simple stupidity and the normal desire of public servants to keep their lives as uncomplicated as possible.

There's nothing wrong with making a profit, but what does it profit us to sell our Liberty for such? Without our Liberty we have no right to pursue happiness via a hot dog or t-shirt stand. Everything will come down to what we are ‘allowed’ to do via a ‘contract’ we un-knowingly signed at birth, or indeed at conception.

It’s possible the lady handing out Tea Party literature was over zealous in her efforts to educate a generally mal-educated public. It’s more likely the person who complained either didn’t have the brains to want to be bothered with something so critical as their freedom or they hold fast to an ideology that says false ‘equality’ and ‘entitlement’ is more important than equality under a system of justice that recognizes our most basic right, the right to fight back against tyranny, even to the point the Founders carried it when they began killing government troops in 1775.

Those who equate human Liberty with just another commodity may be living in the wrong country. This is not some vacuous set of mythologies that pertain to some possible life in the next world. These are necessary to the here and now.

All the nice things we think we have, the property we think we own, has historically been under the purview of earthly rulers. Our arrogant rulers of today view them no differently though they rarely admit so publicly.

Miss. judge again asks courtroom to say pledge after jailing lawyer for refusing

"A Mississippi judge again asked everyone in his courtroom to stand and pledge allegiance to the flag, despite an uproar over whether he has the right to make such a request.

"The furor began Wednesday when an attorney with a reputation for fighting free speech battles stayed silent as everyone else recited the patriotic oath. The lawyer was jailed."

A few thoughts on this:

Shyster Lampley may be a screaming commie but on this point I have to agree with him. The flag is nothing more than a piece of cloth, something that even Mitch McConnell gets. Whatever good it represented has the rattling breath of a dying republic at best.

Most of what it represented died in 1865 because if you can’t un-volunteer for something you volunteered for in the first place what are you?

The flag is supposed to be a grand symbol, and sometimes followed if it is carried by brave honorable humans who respect Human Liberty. It's not a god we worship or pray to or bow down before. One of the silliest complaints about the Marxist mutt is that photograph that’s been around the net a million times that shows it with its hands clasped together instead of one over its breast during the National Anthem or some such.

We know the creature did such because of its commie inclinations but it has every right to do so. In fact there have been many times when the flag was not used to represent Liberty but some form of authoritarianism. The same grand ol’ flag that was carried by the soldiers who ‘freed the slaves’ was also carried by black soldiers who helped make the western states safe for the railroad men and white settlers by running the 'native Americans' off their lands and killing those who resisted. Simple historical fact.

We are here because our ancestors killed people. Some of them came from Europe to escape oppression, just so they could institute their own form of oppression here. Some of them came here to make a buck, or get gold. Remember where the term ‘buck’ comes from?

Our ancestors often had help from allies they barely understood but knew enough about to send smallpox infested blankets to the neighboring Indian tribes. We need to learn and teach all our history to the young, not just the parts that make us feel good.

Some of the Founders were not necessarily good men. A portion of them warned of the dangers of Federalism and of a ‘constitution’ that would form a government that could become as grotesque and dangerous as any before known.

Our government goes around the world every day killing people in the name of our economy, making money, getting affordable oil, for us or some other country or corporation. Sometimes as a fringe benefit they take out a dictator or a small group of authoritarians who are worse than our authoritarians.

Often it’s an authoritarian our government once backed and funded.

Some bemoan the lack of real heroes in our time. Heroes are out there, but of course the mainstream newswhores don’t dare speak of them. But the problem is not in lack of heroes, the problem is in looking for them in the first place.

Many decry the blind devotion toward the Marxist mutt during its campaign, while following a religion that clearly says a great deceiver will someday come, to replace their own great savior in this world.

Instead they need to be standing on their own two feet, stiffening their backbones and doing what Teddy Roosevelt said: “Do what you can with what you have where you are.”

We need a pledge of allegiance to human Liberty and the justice that is supposed to accompany it. Here’s a suggestion:

"I pledge to protect, encourage and enlarge human liberty so that all may understand the rights they are born with and that none have a right to steal away, even unto the deaths of the enemies of Liberty or my own."

That's about as 'divisible' as one can get.

Is non-violence really limited?

"In fact, as I think about it more and more, it seems to be that non-violent resistance against tyranny has been generally more successful than violent resistance. The French Revolution led to Napoleon. World War I led to World War II. World War II led to the Warsaw Pact, the Cold War, and needless blood spilled in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. And lets not forget the myriad numbers of violent revolutions that never achieve their aims for independence or revolution at all. "

My comments:

The tyrants of history are able to shoot so many sheeple into ditches precisely because of this kind of thinking.

If one chooses to dig the ditch when ordered, as we are doing in this country now in so many ways, then piss one's pants when the machine gun bolts slam home and die wondering, like a stupid animal, "How did this happen to me?" then I suppose that is a personal choice.

Thank God the Founders didn't think that way, nor Spartacus nor the brave ones who fought for the lost cause of Southern Independence.

Someone who has been accused of preaching mindless pacifism, when he did anything but, once said this: "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."

The false prophets often infiltrate the patriot movement or any movement that seeks release from tyranny in order to help keep the slaves in line. It’s possible simple political activism and elections will save our Liberty, but it’s not likely. Our domestic enemies have invested too much time, money and sweat equity to simply throw up their hands and walk away saying “Oh sorry we bothered you. We’re going home now to live in peace and Liberty with our neighbors.”

The Ballot leads to the bullet without fail for all government is force. Politics is war that sometimes sheds blood. Those who would live in Liberty must have a line carved in stone deep enough to carry the blood away for there is no limit to our domestic enemies’ insanity nor to what they will stick in our face to be kissed. Simply look what they have done to our ‘mother country.’

And to what some of them are doing here.

What is happening in England would be fine and dandy by our so-called “Liberals” and ‘progressives’ who call themselves by those and various other cute names to hide their evil communism.

It’s time to wake up and grow up and accept responsibility for what will be required regardless of who ‘wins’ the next few election cycles.

Federal Court upholds Constitutionality of commie care mandates

"In the opinion, which I’ve embedded below, Judge Steeh bases his ruling entirely on Congressional power under the Interstate Commerce Clause and does not rule at all on the additional ground raised by the Federal Government that the mandate is a proper exercise of the power to tax and spend for the General Welfare."

My comments:

to 'interested party' and 'wr':

In the first three months of the Marxist mutt's term enough weapons and ammunition were sold in this country to outfit the Chinese and Indian armies. It wasn't bought for deer season.

If my home, property or Liberty is endangered by refusing to participate in commie care "Liberal"(communist) heads will explode. "Liberal" season will begin and we must conduct a thorough one to fix this country. Before this is over many will understand that killing "Liberals" is a simple act of self defense. Nearly 20 years of dealing with the creatures has shown me that discussing anything with many of them is a waste of time. A few turn from their evil ways but many will have to be killed. That's what war is.

You creatures have three choices: learn to respect your neighbors' Liberty, leave the country or die.

For the shysters: Yes there were several lawyers involved in the founding, but they rarely compare to members of that 'profession' today. The modern shyster is part of the problem. We need to ban obvious communists/socialists/authoritarians from serving in the judicial system as well as holding any elected, hired or appointed government office.

It can be done. It must be done.

Don't understand? Start here.

Love hormone could also lead to war

Fight, fight, fight: the history of human aggression

"Over millennia, the emergence of city-states and then empires generated enough surplus resources for soldiers who serve full-time to arise, enabling the development of formations capable of executing rehearsed maneuvers and attacks as well as the evolution of sophisticated tactics, strategies, leadership structures and organization of supplies and equipment. The citizens of Sparta trained solely in war from childhood to become some of the most feared soldiers of the ancient world, largely to keep their vastly more numerous helot serfs or slaves in check. The professional standing armies of imperial Rome had career soldiers renowned for their discipline and training who helped to expand the empire and hold it together."

They were saying the same thing about the Japanese a few years back...

The shot of the Lincoln statue is appropriate, since he was responsible for helping 'big government' and the modern empire get its start...

These are not negotiable

"I would argue that we, like our patriot forebears, have also endured “patient sufferance.” For at least a half-century, we have patiently endured the erosion and abridgment of our freedoms and liberties. We have watched the federal government become an overbearing and meddlesome Nanny State that pokes its nose and sticks its fingers in virtually everything we do. We cannot drive a car, buy a gun, or even flush a toilet without Big Brother’s permission. We are taxed, regulated, and snooped-on from the time we are born to the day we die. And then after we are dead, we are taxed again.

"In the same way that Jefferson and Company patiently suffered up until that shot was fired that was heard around the world, we who love freedom today are likewise patiently suffering “a long train of abuses and usurpations.” In fact, I would even dare say that these States United have become a boiling caldron of justifiable frustration and even anger."

Dismiss the Tea Party at your peril

"Likewise, the fervently held beliefs that the Tea Party is racist and just “astroturf.” The desire to simply wave the movement off as irrelevant or even dangerous fuels conspiracy theories about the Koch brothers and the obsession with the handful of bad apples who show up with objectionable signs. Those attitudes certainly aren’t informed by an objective assessment of the hundreds of thousands of citizens turn out for rallies, send reams of money to candidates, and continue to be engaged with politics a year and a half after the movement first arose. And casting support for limited government as “opposing government [as] a matter of principle” is a strawman of the most birdbrained sort."

So is this guy a 'bad apple?':

Lots of comments on this one. It's incredible to me all the 'conservatives' and 'libertarians' who still don't get what will be required, or who don't want to...

Protecting against home invasions

"With more than 8,000 home invasions happening every day here in the United States, we’d like to present some tips on what you can do to not only protect yourself and your family, but how to fortify your home to better resist becoming a victim.

"There’s a notable difference between a burglary and a home invasion, that being you. If you’re home, it’s a home invasion. If you’re not, it’s a burglary plain and simple. Criminals don’t always know what they’re walking into during the day, but at night its a different story. Most home invasions happen between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays and weekends."

Leftington, Kentucky Church sponsors Mexican Consulate

"One of the largest churches in Kentucky has joined the forces of the illegal alien lobby, though, I suspect, most of her members remain unaware of this action. This October 16th, the Mexican Government will set up shop on Southland Christian Church's property to do their consulate business for the second year. The regional consulate post they are operating out of is in Indianapolis, Indiana. The dirty little secret is that this is against the law. "

The commies want the illegals here so they can get them registered to vote commie. This preacher and his church are complicit in this process. The fact that he played the 'race card' says much.

Patriot activist/author Joan Veon dies after battle with breast cancer

"As Joan studied financial trends she began to notice an alignment indicating a world currency. Joan prayed diligently for God to show her truth and in 1994 the Lord opened the door for her to attend her first global meeting on Population Control in Cairo Egypt, initiating her first glimpse of world government. Thus beginning Joan’s second career as a credentialed, independent, International Journalist reporting for USA Radio News Network. During the next 16 years the Lord opened doors for Joan to interview and ask key questions of prime ministers, presidents, kings, and heads of state. At times, as the only American reporter, Joan covered over 103 international meetings, including: the G7, G8, G10, G20, and Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel Switzerland; attended yearly the World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland; and twice a year covered the IMF World Bank meetings. In addition she attended UN meetings on the Free Trade Areas of the Americas, Sustainable Development, the Earth Summit, Climate Control, the International World Court, and numerous others. Following the UN conference on Sustainable Development in Istanbul Joan was compelled to write her first book “Prince Charles, the Sustainable Prince” published in 1997, followed by her second book “Global Straitjacket” in 1999. Joan founded The Women’s International Media Group, a non-profit organization, in 1998 to share her vast knowledge and understanding of world government. In addition Joan also wrote a monthly newsletter, produced many DVDs on global topics, appeared as a regular guest speaker on hundreds of radio talk shows and was invited to be a keynote speaker for various meetings around the world. Most recently Joan wrote articles for newswithviews.net. Though small in stature, Joan was a giant warrior and devout patriot."

National Propaganda Radio fires a newswhore for non-PC comments on ragheads

"The hypersensitive media landscape has claimed another victim. Juan Williams, a 10-year veteran of NPR, was fired as a top news analyst on Wednesday night for remarks he made about Muslims during an appearance on Fox News.

"The abrupt dismissal sparked sharp criticism of the network, with some top Republicans and conservatives calling for an end to all taxpayer subsidies for NPR. And by the end of the topsy-turvy day, Fox News announced it was giving Mr. Williams a seven-figure, multiyear contract to expand his role at the network."

Here's a poll on this subject. Of course I clicked that I wouldn't be concerned at all about a few ragheads dressed as ragheads on a plane I was traveling on. Here's why:

Wouldn't the average fundie raghead who's really up to something nefarious try to look as 'normal' as possible and dress like the average sheeple?

Just because a lot of the ragheads may 'support' terrorist activity in thought or belief doesn't mean they put their money where their prayer rugs are. If they can afford to travel by air dressed as ragheads they're probably too caught up in the world to blow themselves up, like a lot of 'christians,' a belief system made up of various versions, sub-versions and subversions.

Why take a chance on a mythological harem in the next world when you can fly around with a real one right here?

Yes a lot of 'terrorists' travel by air. Here's a simple solution to identifying them that we'd be too PC to instrument: require all passengers dressed as non-ragheads(sheeple) to dip a finger in a tiny cup of pig blood before boarding. Those refusing to do so would be whisked aside for all the requisite scans, x-rays, probes and friendly chit chat that normally accompanies such encounters with the TSA.

The bottom line to all this fear-mongering is that of all the thousands of flights per day world wide virtually none are affected by the ragheads. I'm sure the 'security' helps in one way or another, to a point. But we'd all be more 'secure' if the passengers were allowed to carry their own personal defense devices capable of firing metal projectiles at high velocities so that at least they'd have a fighting chance against hijackers and other assorted nutjobs.

For those who whine that a .45 or 9mm won't stop a bomb I respond that at least those who carry will die with something resembling dignity versus the mindless faith in higher authority exhibitied by those who think the government really exists to protect them on every level.

Check this genius-level comment on the poll page:

"Juan Williams should not have been fired for this remark. I think we all feel better on planes if we don't see anyone who looks like those who hijacked the planes on 9/11 and killed almost 3,000 innocent people.
We remember Pearl Harbor, we remember the Alamo, and we'll surely remember 9/ll."

Uh, that would probably mean anyone dressed normally but with brown or olive skin. Brainiacs on both sides of this nastiness I tell you...

The fact that Faux News is hiring this newswhore says much about that 'network.'

Are you paying on a mortgage? If so you need to read this

"I have been researching the mortgage industry for some time now. The foreclosure fraud that is currently in the news has brought to light some fantastic revelations that everyone paying a mortgage needs to know about and look into.

"1. MERS, which is the acronym for Mortgage Electronic Recording System, is a total fraud and is completely illegal and decoupled from the legal system of recording property transfers in the local court house as required by law."
____________________________________________________________________________

Why I am not hiring

With unemployment just under 10% and companies sitting on their cash, you would think that sooner or later job growth would take off. I think it’s going to be later—much later. Here’s why.

Quote for the times

"When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home." - Tecumseh

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically un-volunteer later.)

Watch to see what we should be teaching kids
to do to "Liberals" so they'll actually
have a future in a free country:

“No small shot gun, during my residence of seven years of war in America, was ever kept in the house of a backwoodsman. You will often see a boy not over ten years of age driving the cattle home, but not without a rifle on his shoulder; they never stir out on any business, or on a journey without their rifles. Practice from their infancy, teaches them all distances…

“I never in my life saw better rifles (or men who shot better) than those made in America. They are chiefly made in Lancaster, and two or three neighboring towns in that vicinity in Pennsylvania. The barrels weigh about six pounds two or three ounces and carry a ball no larger than thirty-six to the pound; at least I never saw one of a larger caliber, and I have seen many hundreds and hundreds.” - Colonel George Hanger, captain of a Hessian Jager corps of the American Revolution, as quoted in Muzzleloader Magazine's 'The Book of Buckskinning.'

Our civilization has been taken from mindless aggression to mindless pacifism. The latter is the most dangerous by far. We must put knowledge of our most basic right, that of self-defense, back into the hands and minds of the young, or they are doomed to be mindless pacified slaves, and most importantly 'victims' that those who seek to maintain their power over us all can use as pawns.

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them." - Richard Henry Lee (1732-1794) Founding Father

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined." - Patrick Henry
