Competitive swimming is still a predominantly white sport. A study released
in 2010 by USA Swimming and the University of Memphis found minorities
reported lower swimming ability compared to whites.
Becky Hulett, who supervises Aquatics for the City of Phoenix, said groups across the country are worried about how to broaden interest in swimming, and the lack of lifeguards from different backgrounds.
- Drowning in the name of diversity. Isn't that nice. The planet is 70 percent water. Summer is coming. There's no excuse for not learning how to swim or for allowing your kids to grow up without learning that skill. See next vid.
If you can't float, you can't swim.
Because so many states have opted out of creating their own exchanges, “it
is looking increasingly as if the Administration has painted itself into a
corner,” columnist Joseph Totah maintains. The Obama administration, he
says, “is having tremendous difficulties creating the massive information
technology backbone required for their insurance exchanges to work. Current
estimates are that they are running at least three months behind an already
tight time schedule just trying to write software. That’s hanging up
everyone waiting on the Feds to come up with their solution, because the
states still have to make it work.”
That was in February. Chances are the administration is even farther behind now. When was the last time a government project came in on time?
- Don't obey it. Don't pay it. Our refusal is what we can start with. Their
true goal is control over every aspect of our lives.
The U.S. military shift comes as the so-called BRICS countries – Brazil,
Russia, India, China and South Africa – seek to create a monetary system to
rival and even surpass the West.
While it received little U.S. media attention, last week at its fifth annual summit the BRICS group unveiled what it said was a new development bank aimed at breaking the monopoly held by Western-backed institutions.
The bank would use $50 billion of seed capital shared equally between Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa but would clearly be dominated by China.

Democratic Rep. Diana DeGette, a lead sponsor of the federal ban on personal
defense-capacity magazines showed a Denver Post forum she doesn’t have a
clue as to what it is she wants to ban, and the “clarifying” statement made
by her spokeswoman served to confirm the ignorance of both women.
“I will tell you these are ammunition, they’re bullets, so the people who have those now they’re going to shoot them, so if you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won’t be any more available,” DeGette claimed when asked how a ban would help reduce violence committed with firearms.
- And we allow such trash to be elected, and we allow illiterate idiots to vote for them. It's time to end that. See the new voting rules being considered by the 'U.N.' Watch the vid.

Re-write the Second Amendment
Most Americans are committed to the Constitution and rely on the
courts to adapt our antique highest law to modern technological and cultural
developments. Many of us trust the judiciary to balance rights against the
inevitable restrictions on them. But we are left with the awkward,
irresolvable phrasing of the Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia,
being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to
keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
“What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ do you not understand?” the gun-rights advocate asks. “What part of ‘a well regulated Militia’ do you not understand?” goes the retort.
- What the "Liberal"(commie) 'retort' ignores is that the colonials called the British soldiers 'regulars' which meant they were well trained soldiers. It had nothing to do with regulating weapons ownership. We will need whatever we can get our hands on when the blood war starts. The 'laws' written by the lying "Liberal"(commie) trash won't mean anything then. All that will matter is killing enough of them to restore Liberty to this land.

Much of the focus has been on the Senate. But if anyone thinks that the
House – and specifically Speaker John Boehner – is our fail-safe to killing
gun control in the Congress, they had better think again.
Speaking on Meet the Press on March 10, Speaker Boehner said that he has "made clear if the Senate acts on gun control legislation, the House will consider it."

Chuckie Schemer looking for republicrats to sell out - or as the New Yawk
Slimes puts it:
Schumer’s New Brief: Turning Foes Into Friends
Just this week, Mr. Schumer spent a good deal of time on the phone with Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, one of the Senate’s most unyielding conservatives, trying to keep the door open to a deal that would expand background checks for all gun sales.

Workers in the United States are in a very difficult situation—one made
significantly worse by the Great Recession and the very slow “recovery.” The
latest data as we write this (available for January 2013) indicates that
although the unemployment rate has declined from its peak and is now at 7.9
percent, when those working part time but wanting full-time jobs and those
who have given up looking for work are added in, 14.4 percent of the labor
force currently needs full-time employment.1
To give some idea of the meaning of such a large percentage needing full-time jobs, this represents 22 million people, compared to total nonfarm private-sector employment of about 113 million. Given the large portion of workers in part-time positions, there are currently less than 100 million full-time-equivalent jobs left in the private sector.2 With the public sector hiring few if any workers for the foreseeable future, and no New Deal-type works program in the cards, the private sector will be the source of whatever job increases occur.
The bottom line is that Senate Bill 50 won’t allow industrial hemp to be
grown or sold unless and until the federal government takes the very big
step of legalizing the crop in some way. If that happens, we will have time
to work with the legislature and law enforcement to make any further changes
necessary to ensure the public’s safety and alleviate those concerns.
Russia and China, some of the world's biggest exporters, were among those
who abstained from the vote in New York.
The treaty prohibits states from exporting conventional weapons in violation of arms embargoes, or weapons that would be used for acts of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes or terrorism.
It also requires states to prevent conventional weapons reaching the black market.
But Russia's Vitaly Churkin described as a significant shortcoming the lack of a clause in the draft treaty about banning the supply of weapons to non-state entities.
- So it will barely if at all be enforced, and only on the weak, like most
laws passed by authoriatrians. More posturing by idiots.
The author of the legislation Rep. Andy Gipson of Braxton says it simply
makes clear what has been the law of the state since the 1890 constitution
"In the 28 states which have this open carry already, have not had any problems with it," said Gipson. "In fact they have seen crime go down. Because the bad guys already have guns, and this bill allows the good law abiding citizens to carry guns in a way that would protect themselves, their families and their property."
- The ignorance of the sheeple and the LEOs is pathetic. In many to most states open carry has always been not only 'legal' but constitutional, in other words we are born with out most basic right, self defense. It has been stolen by the lowlife garbage who would rule us and remains stolen because this country lacks real men to do what will be required to take out the trash.
It's not a LEO's job

A survey conducted by Public Policy Polling, labeled by many as a pro-Obama
outfit, seems to be aimed at ascribing belief in “crazy conspiracy theories”
to Republicans by mixing in real cover-ups and conspiracies with outlandish
However, despite the constant media drumbeat about the clear move towards centralization of power being a baseless conspiracy theory, the poll reveals that 28 per cent of Americans believe that “a secretive power elite with a globalist agenda is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an authoritarian world government, or New World Order.”
- Not all 'conspiracies' are true. There is much intentional disinformation designed to distract.
In a free country there’s no such thing as a group whose motives cannot be questioned.
Understand this if you understand nothing else: They consider us to be livestock.
We need to focus on taking our country and governments back so we can figure
out who to hang.
Anytime a pastor or church uses Romans 13 to teach that Christians should submit to government “no matter what,” they are joining the First Century Jewish leaders in saying, “We have no king but Caesar.” Wittingly or unwittingly, they have made a god out of government. And by doing so, they have violated the First Commandment and blasphemed the God they claim to serve. They are like the Jewish leaders who declared unlimited submission to Caesar then sat down to observe the Passover. These modern pastors and church leaders do the same thing: they declare unlimited submission to government and then go through the exercise of conducting a Christian worship service, complete with songs of praise, recitations of scripture, and collecting tithes and offerings. Are they not as guilty of blasphemy and hypocrisy as were the First Century Jewish leaders?
- Most mainstream preachers are whores.
Will you shoot the ones who do?
That is the only question that ultimately matters.
First, the various states that opposed the new healthcare law from the start
announced their intention to refuse to implement significant portions of the
program, such as creating state healthcare exchanges for those who cannot
afford to purchase health insurance. Then, many corporations in the
healthcare industry began to protest the tax that Obamacare places on
medical devices, such as hip replacements, knees, pacemakers, artery stents,
The complaints were heard all the way to the halls of Congress, and the House voted to repeal the tax on the devices. But then, to everyone's surprise, the Democrat-controlled Senate also voted to repeal. Seventy-nine senators, including two dozen Democrats, voted with Republicans to ditch the tax.

The European Union has long championed its citizens' right to submit a
request to acquire the data a company holds on them in order to ensure that
such data is up to date and correct. In recent years, one Austrian law
student took this "habeas data" right to public light by demanding his
Facebook data from the social network.
Americans do not have this right — and generally have almost zero legal protection from the state or federal government against data thefts, unauthorized disclosures and other privacy-related matters, unlike in the EU.

On Monday, April 1, over on Fox News a science and tech magazine, "The Geek

discovery of a "Gate to Hell" in Turkey. The portal to the underworld,
believed to have been fully in use until the 4th century AD, was known in
ancient mythology as Pluto's gate of Plutonium.
It is a cave described as filled with "lethal vapors," which historians have long theorized as located in the Phrygian city of Hierapolis, presently called Pamukkale. Hierapolis is one of the major Christian archaeological sites in Turkey.

“If climate scientists were credit-rating agencies,” the environment editor
for Australia's largest newspaper quipped March 30, “then climate
sensitivity — the way climate reacts to changes in carbon-dioxide levels —
would be on negative watch but not yet downgraded.” The Australian for March
30 concluded that “the fact that global surface temperatures have not
followed the expected global warming pattern is now widely accepted.”
The Australian was reacting to an article published the same day in the British magazine The Economist, which quoted David Whitehouse of the pro-regulatory Global Warming Policy Foundation as admitting that “If we have not passed it already, we are on the threshold of global observations becoming incompatible with the consensus theory of climate change." Whitehouse's statement means that even the hyper-regulatory zealots are now admitting their apocalyptic models are exaggerated
- Which goes to prove once again, if it come out of the mouth of "Liberal"(commie) trash it's probably a lie. The most important thing to know about 'global warming' is it's just another excuse for "Liberal"(commie) trash to control every aspect of our lives. ___________________________________________________

On Monday afternoon, lawmakers in Connecticut announced success in molding a
bi-partisan approach to gun violence following weeks of closed-door
negotiations. It will be voted upon on Wednesday, and is expected to pass
the Democrat-controlled General Assembly with ease.
RRather than focus on improving security at schools, lawmakers instead turned their attention to the firearms used in recent shootings, concluding that certain features of those firearms enhanced the ability of deranged shooters to kill unarmed innocents.

the "Liberal"(commie) trash that infests that region.
A huge victory was earned for SAF on February 22nd when the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals let stand a December ruling by a three-judge panel of the court that forces Illinois to adopt a concealed carry law. Now Illinois lawmakers have about 150 days to pass a law that will impose reasonable limitations consistent with the public safety and the Second Amendment.
We currently have over 20 open court cases we are involved in and it is our goal to earn a victory for each and every one of them. Our legal action ranges from lawsuits against cities, states, our Attorney General Eric Holder, and the challenge of certain rulings that violate our Second Amendment rights.
- There's no such thing as a 'reasonable gun law.' If this nation had any
men there'd be no 'gun laws' and our domestic blood enemies would be

tyranny is not tolerated here.
A handful of Colt Monitors and M1918s of various marks and grades are out there as transferable Class III machine guns. They run about $40,000, but if you are worried about storming a beach held by Imperial Japanese Marines anytime soon, they are worth every penny.
Parts kits have been popular for years on these majestic old guns and today can still be had in about 99% condition from BMG Parts and Sarco and others for about $2K. Once acquired these kits can build either a non-firing replica gun or a semi-auto rifle. Philadelphia Ordnance sells 80% complete dummy receivers machines from a sold plat of 8620 steel for $450 to help your build. Forgotten Weapons has an abundance of manuals and drawings of the BAR for free download at their website to help with any build. However, stay clear of FN kits and the Swedes; they are metric while every other BAR part is SAE.
- All with 'permission' of course, in a once-free country.
That view has received some resistance from the other side of the
aisle, however. Former Republican Sen. Alan Simpson -- who co-chaired
President Barack Obama's deficit committee in 2010 -- says lawmakers looking
to tamp down federal debt shouldn't consider survivor benefits off-limits.
He insists that recipients should receive such payments based solely on need
and that "without question, I would affluence-test all of those people."
Perhaps he would start with two elderly children of Civil War veterans in North Carolina and Tennessee. Though born in the 1920s and 1930s, the two recipients in question were fathered by Civil War veterans in their 70s and 80s (not an uncommon occurrence, especially in the veterans community). Those the two offspring still receive $876 a year in benefits. Such survivor payouts usually end by the time children turn 18, but those born with disabilities rendering them incapable of caring for themselves are covered for life.
- We should also 'affluence test' all member of Congress, state legislatures
and government employees. It was 'The War for Southern Independence.' The

After creating the cake Montalto received some hate online via Facebook and Yelp reviews (which have since been removed). She was labeled “insensitive” and guilty of “ridiculing the tragedy in Newtown.”

In a desire to remove all things gun related from American culture, a school
board in Anne Arundel County, Maryland has suspended use of the letter “L”
in Baltimore area schools, citing the letter’s resemblance to a handgun.
Dr. Michelle Gramig, Anne Arundel County School Board Commissioner, is leading the crusade against the 12th letter of our alphabet. “There mere presence of a pictogram that resembles a gun is evidence of the violence inherent in the system,” Gramig told CNN. “And we teach these letters to children.”

As it turns out, the Tucson program is actually an expansion of a project
that is already well underway in Houston, having already trained and armed
10 women living in dangerous neighborhoods, who would otherwise have been

"We just trained and armed a class of 10 women. They are now empowered with the knowledge and tools to put holes in those that would do them harm," Coplen said.
The only way we can truly be safe and prevent further gun violence is
to ban civilian ownership of all guns. That means everything. No pistols, no
revolvers, no semiautomatic or automatic rifles. No bolt action. No breaking
actions or falling blocks. Nothing. This is the only thing that we can
possibly do to keep our children safe from both mass murder and common
Unfortunately, right now we can’t. The political will is there, but the institutions are not. Honestly, this is a good thing. If we passed a law tomorrow banning all firearms, we would have massive noncompliance. What we need to do is establish the regulatory and informational institutions first. This is how we do it. The very first thing we need is national registry. We need to know where the guns are, and who has them.

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., breathed hope and new life into the conservative
movement with his willingness to launch an old fashioned Senate filibuster
against Obama's plans to use drones to target and kill U.S. citizens on
American soil. He has also stood firm against the administration's attempts

However, Paul has stunned many conservatives with two policy statements of late that go to the very core of the conservative movement. If he persists, he may well lose the support of millions as he contemplates a presidential run in 2016.
We are going into a battle which will determine the future of gun control
for the next decade - and perhaps for the rest of our lifetime.
Here's the status: On or around April 8, Harry Reid will move to proceed to S. 649. That "base bill" contains the Veterans Gun Ban, which could send you to prison for 15 years if you sell a gun to a veteran, without realizing he has PTSD. The bill will also contain the Schumer version of Universal Gun Registries.

This was leaked today from a confidential source within the U.N.'s bureaucracy. It seems the global leadership has lost their minds and are veering away from their decades long effort to enslave humanity and are instead embracing human Liberty. The Obama administration and its controversial Department of Homeland Security are under fire for sending what is being described as a “chilling” message to U.S. Border Patrol agents demanding “obedience,” Liberty News Network (LNN) national correspondent and law-enforcement advocate Andy Ramirez revealed in an exclusive video report (see below) calling for Congress to investigate. The word “obedience” was defined on the official TV screens as: “quickly and cheerfully carrying out the direction of those who are responsible for me.”

Some states are also coming up with common-sense approaches to dealing with
school safety. South Dakota, for example, just passed a law allowing
teachers and faculty to carry firearms on campus to defend themselves and
their students if the need should ever arise. Supporters of the measure
noted that virtually every mass shooting in America has happened in a
so-called “gun-free zone,” which analysts have called “magnets” for would-be
Of course, the president’s family, banks, government facilities, celebrities, mayors like Bloomberg, and other “important” people are all protected with firearms. Supporters of abolishing deadly “gun-free zones” wonder why American children, by contrast, must be “protected” only by ineffective signs advertising the fact that everyone in the vicinity is unarmed. There are currently at least two bills in the U.S. House of Representatives to repeal the controversial federal statute.
Unable to beat the National Rifle Association, billionaire anti-gun New York
Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced he has decided to purchase the

"In the government you call civilized, the happiness of the people is constantly sacrificed to the splendor of the empire. Hence the origin of your codes of criminal and civil laws; hence your dungeons and prisons. We have no prisons; we have no pompous parade of courts; we have no written laws, and yet judges are as highly revered among us as they are among you, and their decisions are as much regarded. We have among us no exalted villains above the control of our laws. Daring wickedness is here never allowed to triumph over helpless innocence.
