Sheeplets elect Rand Paul in 'mock election'

"United States Senator

Rand Paul (R) – 52.2%

Jack Conway (D) – 47.8%

Over the last seven years in which the Kentucky Student Mock Election has been conducted by the Office of the Secretary of State, students voted for the actual winning candidate over 83% of the time.

'Conway cover-up' surges to #1 on Google Trends days before Kentucky Senate Vote

"While the controlled media has been busy dirtying Rand Paul’s name in the lead up to the midterm elections, news of a real scandal has gone viral concerning his opponent Jack Conway in the Kentucky Senate race. Now, the term “Conway cover up” has reached #1 on Google’s hot trends, replacing the previous #1 search term, ’9/11 cover-up,’ both of which were initiated during today’s broadcast of the Alex Jones Show. Perhaps this victory in the Infowar will force even the MSM lackeys to cover an admitted scandal concerning the cover-up of a drug investigation into Matt Conway, former prosecutor and brother of the candidate who is currently the Attorney General in Kentucky. "

Don't try to understand it, just enjoy it

The guy clearly stepped on her, but I'm not sure it qualifies as a 'stomp.' That usually results in blood or body goo flying through the air. Go here for another maybe more complete version of what happened.

Rand Paul surges ahead of Conway despite stomp smear

"Despite the Conway campaign shamelessly exploiting the notorious stomp on MoveOn activist Lauren Valle for political grist, while failing to mention that Valle herself attempted to assault Rand Paul before the fracas, Paul has surged ahead of his opponent in the latest poll, which shows the Kentucky candidate leading the race by nine points."

Foreign firms buy West Virginia coal reserves

"Companies from Russia, India and the Ukraine have bought more than one billion tons of West Virginia's most valuable coal reserves during the past two years.

The foreign operators have focused on the state's highly valued metallurgical coal, a key ingredient in steelmaking. Most of the metallurgical coal in Central Appalachia is found south of U.S. 60."
________________________________________________________________________

And another version...

We will have to take the country, the government, back, before we learn the truth behind many of these 'conspiracies.'
That won't be accomplished via the outcomes of a few elections, at least not in my lifetime.

The Marxist mutt's war on privacy(the same as the empire's)

"Anyone who thinks that is hyperbole should simply read two articles today describing efforts of the Obama administration to obliterate remaining vestiges of privacy. The first is this New York Times article by Charlie Savage, which describes how the Obama administration will propose new legislation to mandate that the U.S. Government have access to all forms of communications, "including encrypted e-mail transmitters like BlackBerry, social networking Web sites like Facebook and software that allows direct 'peer to peer' messaging like Skype." In other words, the U.S. Government is taking exactly the position of the UAE and the Saudis: no communications are permitted to be beyond the surveillance reach of U.S. authorities."

snip

"Law enforcement officials have long warned that encryption technology allows criminals to hide their activities, but investigators encountered encrypted communications only one time during 2009’s wiretaps. The state investigators told the court that the encryption did not prevent them from getting the plain text of the messages."

Brit loses home to squatters because of their commie laws

"In the middle of completely refurbishing his five-bedroom house, Connan Gupta felt he deserved a week off.

"It is a decision he is now regretting because 15 squatters took advantage of his short absence to occupy the £700,000 property.

"The jobless Italians changed the locks and have taken up residence along with their three dogs and two cats.

"They claim the fact they cannot afford to rent gives them the right to take over the Victorian property in Camberwell, South-East London.

"Police are powerless to intervene because squatting is a civil rather than criminal offence."

VFW members not happy about group's endorsements of commies like Boxer of Commiefornia

"As a veteran of 4 conflicts – 5 if you wish to count Panama, 1989—I cannot be associated with an organization that endorses such political scoundrels as Harry Reid, Barbara Boxer, Henry Waxman and Stephanie Herseth-Sandlin for re-election. I have read a lot lately about how membership in the VFW has been rapidly declining in the past few years. NOW I know why. NOW it is crystal clear to me.

"The behavior of the aforementioned members of the US House and US Senate have repeatedly provided aid and comfort to the enemies of my country through their despicable defeatist posture, public statements and voting records since 2006. It is especially distasteful to me considering that I have lost 9 colleagues in the current international war on terrorism, one of whom had his chest crushed in an IED explosion, causing him to drown in his own blood, never having regained consciousness."

McConnell says the next two years is about defeating the Marxist mutt

And these commies try to make a big deal of it:

"Way to go Tea Party; you may have thrown out Democratic incumbents, but, you are voting for Republicans that will not accomplish anything that makes America a better place to live!

"Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell and top house Republicans willingly admit on the public record that the next two years is not about serving the people. It is about serving the Republican Party for the 2012 election and defeating President Obama."

My comments(which the commies deleted twice and probably will again):

I'll take gridlock over communism any day. But we plan to ride the republicrats hard and make them repeal all the commie laws we're forced to exist under at the point of a govt. gun.
Those who don't want to live in Liberty are free to leave. Those who continue to force their communism down their neighbors' throats deserve to get their brains splattered.
Our biggest enemies are white, were born here, and call themselves “Liberals” and progressives to hide their evil communist tendencies.

It will take many expensive suits hanging along Penn. Ave. to fix this mess if it can be fixed, and an extensive “Liberal” season whereby we force the amerikan communist insurgents out of the country or kill enough of them to restore Liberty.

It's way past time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and to prepare for the fight that must come because it will be forced upon us by the powers who want to always be.

Don’t understand? Start here.

And don’t miss my column on the recent SCOTUS decision:

Then share and prepare for what will be required of those who claim to love liberty.

Arizona governor can force the Marxist mutt to prove if its eligible or not

"As you know, there are many unanswered questions about Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional qualifications to act as President of the United States. Governor Brewer, or any sitting governor, for that matter, has unique standing to challenge Obama on this issue and resolve the constitutional crisis he has perpetrated on the nation by his refusal to prove that he is a “natural born Citizen” by filing a Writ of Quo Warranto."

Kentucky governor returns from India

"Gov. Steve Beshear and First Lady Jane Beshear, along with Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Larry Hayes, returned Friday optimistic about a successful, seven-day economic development trip to India. The delegation visited New Delhi and Mumbai last week as part of the state’s first official visit to the country.

"The Governor, First Lady and Secretary Hayes were invited to India by NASSCOM, the premier trade body and the chamber of commerce of the information technology industries in India. NASSCOM, which is a nonprofit organization that facilitates business and trade in software and services and encourages advancement of research in software technology, sponsored the trip."

Gee, does this mean Kentuckians can soon look forward to making as much money as the average Indian worker?

Grandpa's shotgun still does it...

This J Stevens 12 gauge was bought by my mother's father in the late 30s or early 40s. It was the only gun he ever owned. The first thing he shot with it was an owl that was hunting their chickens.

I used it to take this turkey on the back of the farm a couple days back. A flock was feeding under a large white oak tree and I walked up on them, to my surprise and theirs. This is the last day of fall Turkey season here in Kentucky. So far the turkey has done well with biscuits and gravy and white beans with cornbread.

It was the first gun I ever shot, probably at age 10 or so. Yes, it kicks. It's very light.

UAE official tries to explain court ruling upholding Muslim men's right to beat their wives

"A top judicial official in the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday tried to allay concerns raised by a controversial ruling from the country’s highest court upholding the right of a Muslim to beat his wife and children.

"Islamic scholars cite the Quran itself in defending wife-beating – specifically, a sura that instructs Muslim husbands with disobedient wives to admonish them, then to refuse to sleep with them, and finally to beat them."

Yep, we're still living in the dark ages.

The 'No Rights that aren't Allowed' group provides its endorsements

...and they endorse a Kentucky commie just because it has a good voting record on guns. Nothing wrong with a good voting record on guns, but Liberty involves more than the right to bear arms.

Seven nasty "Liberal" lies about 7 nasty 'conservative' lies

"1) President Obama actually reduced the deficit since George Bush’s last deficit was $1.416 trillion.

In a sleight of hand worthy of a 7-year-old magician wannabe, he notes that, since Bush signed the 2009 budget, he is therefore responsible for all the debt in 2009, which was $1.416 trillion. He does not, however, explain that the stimulus was passed that year and added drastically to the deficit for 2009. Why is there no mention this? Because the author is interested only in political point-scoring, not the truth."

What's more important? Liberty or the entity that protects it?

"Patriotism means we love freedom. It means we understand that freedom is a gift of God. It means we understand that government has only one legitimate function: to protect freedom. It means that our love of liberty demands that we oppose, alter, or even abolish ANY FORM of government that becomes destructive to these ends. And it means that we will never allow government to steal liberty from our hearts."

Why we have no 'constitutional' rights

"Our rights are not constitutional rights. Our Founding Fathers never intended them to be. They set this country up with the understanding that our rights are God-given or natural. They are not gifts from the government; they are not granted by the Constitution. On the other hand, there are constitutional rights in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, and a host of other countries. And in those countries both the people and the governments consider their rights to be gifts from the government and subject to government approval. The United States is the only country in all of history set up with the philosophy that rights are separate from and not dependent upon the government."

Iraqi leaders not following u.S. advice on government

"American influence has so dwindled in Iraq over the last several months that Iraqi lawmakers and political leaders say they no longer follow Washington's advice for forming a government.

Instead, Iraqis are turning to neighboring nations, and especially Iran, for guidance - casting doubt on the future of the American role in this strategic country after a grinding war that killed more than 4,400 U.S. soldiers."

They've probably taken note on how screwed up ours is...

How collectivists create their own opposition - and how not to be fooled by it

"The best way to understand this strategy is to observe it in operation, and a good place to begin is with the Federal Reserve System. For those who are familiar with the creation of the Fed, it will be remembered that the Federal Reserve Act was an outgrowth of a public outcry to “break the grip of the money trust.” The financiers who constituted the money trust did not wait for a genuine grassroots movement to take hold. Instead, they covertly led the crusade against themselves and drafted their own so-called reform legislation. They created an institution that was offered to the public as a government agency to break the grip of the money trust but which actually consolidated their power and expanded it. This was a classic example of offering false leadership and leading one’s own opposition."

Quote for the times

"He who desires to reform the government of a state, and wishes to have it accepted and capable of maintaining itself to the satisfaction of everybody, must at least retain the semblance of old forms; so that it may seem to the people that there has been no change in the institutions, even though they are entirely different from the old ones. For the great majority of mankind are satisfied with appearances, as though they were realities, and are often even more influenced by the things that seem than those that are" - Niccolo Machiavelli, Discourses on Livy, Chapter XXV

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically un-volunteer later.)

It's time to bring back the old saying: "Better dead than red."
Only we need to apply it to Amerika's reds.

________________________________________________________

Watch to see what we should be teaching kids
to do to "Liberals" so they'll actually
have a future in a free country:

“No small shot gun, during my residence of seven years of war in America, was ever kept in the house of a backwoodsman. You will often see a boy not over ten years of age driving the cattle home, but not without a rifle on his shoulder; they never stir out on any business, or on a journey without their rifles. Practice from their infancy, teaches them all distances…

“I never in my life saw better rifles (or men who shot better) than those made in America. They are chiefly made in Lancaster, and two or three neighboring towns in that vicinity in Pennsylvania. The barrels weigh about six pounds two or three ounces and carry a ball no larger than thirty-six to the pound; at least I never saw one of a larger caliber, and I have seen many hundreds and hundreds.” - Colonel George Hanger, captain of a Hessian Jager corps of the American Revolution, as quoted in Muzzleloader Magazine's 'The Book of Buckskinning.'

Our civilization has been taken from mindless aggression to mindless pacifism. The latter is the most dangerous by far. We must put knowledge of our most basic right, that of self-defense, back into the hands and minds of the young, or they are doomed to be mindless pacified slaves, and most importantly 'victims' who can be used as pawns by those who seek to maintain their power over us all.

"Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom." - John Adams, Defense of the Constitutions, 1787

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them." - Richard Henry Lee (1732-1794) Founding Father

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined." - Patrick Henry
