Some one needs to tell that preacher this isn't a 'democracy.' He needs to actually read the constitution before he starts preaching about it.

Someone needs to tell that guy with the hardhat how silly he looks with that twin towers sticker on it. Why does he look silly? Because they're all standing around bitching about the Somalis being brought into this country by a far greater enemy than some raghead hiding in a cave or a CIA safe house on the other side of the world.

Our greatest enemies are white, were born here, and got the NWO hack Marxist mutt elected without whom there'd be no 'tea party' by the way. The ragheads allegedly killed only 3000 people. Our domestic enemies have enslaved hundreds of millions. They are the ones who are bringing the Somalis and illegals here so they can get them to become govt. parasites and vote commie and keep the NWO in power.

The preachers have been teaching their sheeple that they're gonna get beamed up soon or 'the end times' are here so there's nothing they can do about our current situation. That just gives them another excuse to sit on their lazy cowardly willfully ignorant asses.

If we take our country back and replace the mess we have with some sort of religious theocracy we'll be no better off than the ragheads. We need to restore and enlarge human Liberty and get away from the mindless mythologies of the past, i.e. "my god is bigger than your god," or millions or billions more will die in a stupid religious war and the arms dealers and elites who created and/or manipulated the religions for their own purposes will be laughing all the way to their banks.

Can Ron Paul Really Be Right About Everything?

Walter Block sums this up best in terms of understanding how libertarians like Paul formulate their positions.

“This is because libertarianism is solely a political philosophy. It asks one and only one question: Under what conditions is the use of violence justified? And it gives one and only one answer: violence can be used only in response, or reaction to, a prior violation of private property rights.”

In order to understand Ron Paul’s platform, there are two conclusions one must reach. The first is that libertarians are correct that violence is only justified in response or reaction to a prior violation of private property rights. Block does not limit the definition of “private property” to land ownership or even physical property in general. Instead, property includes all of one’s life, liberty, and justly acquired possessions. So, any murder, assault, theft, fraud, or coercion would be violation of a private property right. Based upon that understanding, ask anyone if they agree that violence should never be initiated, but instead only used in defense, and you will almost always get agreement. So far, so good.

The second thing that one must conclude in order to understand Ron Paul is that all government action is violent action. This is where it gets difficult for conservatives and liberals alike. While it is easy to see the government’s use of its military as an act of violence, it is harder for people to see that other government activities represent violence. How could providing healthcare, ensuring workplace safety, or licensing barbers be violent acts?

Good column. This is how I've been putting it for some time: "Ask your "Liberal"(commie) so-called friends what they're willing to have done to you for not obeying their commie laws. If you get an honest answer it will show you what you're dealing with."

Haven't read all the responses above so forgive me if someone brought up this point/question: How many Libertarian and conservative or gun owner doors will you allow the black suited Nazis to breach before you 'initiate violence' against them in their own homes and offices as they deserve? Or in other words, what would you have done when the Nazis came for the Libertarians?

I have long noted that Libertarians like to brag about their 'non-violence' stance, that really amounts to another form of mindless pacifism, while pretending that hard choices will not be presented to us, or haven't already. A Second Amendment that is reserved for some magical time when 'fighting back' is necessary is useless. In other words, at no point will our enemies consider 'initiating force' against them to be OK. We're supposed to get on the trucks, dig the ditch and piss our pants as the machine gun bolts slam home while asking ourselves "How did this ever happen to me?" like good little pacified sheeple while they count the guns they took from our safes and check them against their de-facto gun registration pink papers.

For the record I call them 'Paulbots.' I like Paul, have voted for him and will again, not because I agree with him on every issue but because he's the only one who will attempt to cut the head off the beast. The question remains, if the elites do as they have in the past and kill any president who truly challenges their power what will all the brave non-force initiating Libertarians do then?

Why Does Ron Paul Scare You?

Every presidential candidate inspires voters to ask themselves, "If this person is elected, what's the worst that could plausibly happen?" Since we're risk averse, the imagined answers that take hold are huge factors in campaigns. In 1964, when Barry Goldwater ran, the worst case scenario in the minds of the electorate was that if he won, there would be nuclear war with the USSR. Four years ago, Hillary Clinton tried and failed to persuade voters that if Barack Obama was elected, the worst case scenario was a 3 a.m. phone call that he was too inexperienced to handle. Evaluating John McCain, a lot of voters, myself included, thought the worst case scenario was that he'd die, making Sarah Palin into the world's most powerful person.

The Next American Revolution: What is the authority for Rebellion?

I receive hundreds of messages every day from Patriots across the nation. For the last three years, one thematic question has emerged with ever-increasing frequency. To paraphrase that question: "What is the authority to rebel against the central government?"

That question is most often asked by those who have taken their oath of allegiance to our Constitution, particularly active duty, reserve and veteran military personnel. Typical is this note from a disabled combat Patriot this week: "Please clarify for me when my solemn oath to 'support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign AND [his emphasis] domestic,' kicks in."

Such questions were once deemed too radical and discordant for consideration in civil discourse. However, as Rule of Law enshrined in our Constitution has been all but completely usurped by the rule of men through the Left's so-called living constitution, the frequency and tenor of questions about the future of Essential Liberty for our once-great Republic is propelling them into mainstream debate.

Can't believe the gross ignorance portrayed in most of these posts. Well, yes I can. After nearly 20 years of watching all this crap closely while most slept it's really just more of my own denial.

How bad is it? We lost the republic in April 1865 when voluntary states became subjects. The IRS can steal money from your paychecks and bank accounts without so much as a court order. We have political prisoners who've stood up to that evil and lost. We have 'gun laws' that were passed with only one purpose: to condition us to eventual civilian disarmament. We had a 'party of the little man' president who said he was against NAFTA during his campaign. Then Klinton shoved it through a democrat congress during his first year in office, beginning the process of putting American workers on the same level as those in developing countries. I could go on all day, and still we ask what is to be done?

Well after NAFTA 30 million of us should have gone up there and hanged the bastards. But most sat ignorantly and apathetically on their hands. They fully deserve what has come and what is coming. I predicted the outcome of the Marxist mutt winning the election: that he would wake up sheeple, piss people off, sell more guns and ammo than the klintons did and if we're lucky provide us the reason for "Liberal" season.

In truth we've had the reasons for generations but the American population is too pacified, through the churches and the schools and the weaponvision they have defeated us. They have defeated us because many will dig the ditch they are told to dig, then piss their pants and die when the machine gun bolts slam home while wondering stupidly "How did this happen to me?"

In the words of former Kentucky State Militia commander Charlie Puckett: "We're not trying to overthrow the government. The government's already been overthrown."

Now here's my version that I try to spread far and wide:

Ron Paul: The Most Pro-Israel Candidate

Iran is a large country, but from a military point of view they are a big nobody. They are surrounded by nuclear powers, they have no air force, no navy, and they are even incapable of producing as much gasoline as they need. Having “examined prosecutions of 508 defendants in terrorism-related cases,” Trevor Aaronson writes, the investigative team found that the FBI “now maintains a roster of 15,000 spies” — plus as many as 45,000 unofficial ones — “as part of a domestic intelligence apparatus whose only historical peer might be COINTELPRO, the program the bureau ran from the ‘50s to the ‘70s to discredit and marginalize organizations ranging from the Ku Klux Klan to civil-rights and protest groups.”

Burglar's family awarded $300,000 in wrongful death suit

An El Paso County jury on Friday awarded nearly $300,000 to the daughter of a burglar who was fatally shot in 2009 while breaking into an auto lot.

Parents of the victim, Robert Johnson Fox, embraced their attorneys after a judge announced the jury’s verdict, capping a two-week-long civil trial in which business owner Jovan Milanovic and two relatives were painted as vigilantes who plotted a deadly ambush rather than let authorities deal with a string of recent burglaries.

Phillip and Sue Fox, who filed suit for wrongful death in 2010 on behalf of Fox’s 3-year-old daughter, called the jury’s award a victory in their fight to seek accountability for the death of their son, who they say never posed a threat to the heavily armed men.

Perhaps the most revealing spread of polling numbers comes from the latest Rasmussen poll on Tuesday showing that among voters that do not identify themselves as Republican or Democrat, Ron Paul is now in a 10-point lead over Obama (43% to 33%). This means that Paul is picking up a significant portion of the all important Independent, Decline-to-state and 3rd party vote. These 3 categories represent the fastest growing segments of registered voters today. This trend is largely being fueled by rapidly increasing voter' discontent of traditional, establishment candidates. Only God knows what these numbers may grow to by November of 2012.

Firearms Industry Files Suit Against ATF

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for America's firearms industry, has filed a lawsuit challenging the legal authority of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) under the Gun Control Act to compel 8,500 federally licensed firearms retailers in Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas to report the sale of two or more rifles.

Specifically, the regulation calls for reporting multiple sales of any semi-automatic rifle larger than .22 caliber and capable of accepting a detachable magazine that are purchased following an FBI background check by the same individual within five consecutive business days.

Close to where I live in Tel Aviv, on a large street in a very good neighborhood, there is a gated entrance to a set of descending stairs. Busting Posse Comitatus: Military Cops Arrest Civilians in Florida City

The above represents just a small sampling of the military violating Posse Comitatus. The Act was violated in earnest following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The devastating storm proved to be a beta test for military violations of the law.

NORTHCOM announced in 2008 it would use battle-hardened troops from Iraq for “civil unrest and crowd control” in the United States. Firearms from ATF sting linked to 11 more violent crimes

Firearms from the ATF's Operation Fast and Furious weapons trafficking investigation turned up at the scenes of at least 11 violent crimes in the U.S., as well as at a Border Patrol agent's slaying in southern Arizona last year, the Justice Department has acknowledged to Congress.

The department did not provide details about the crimes. But The Times has learned that they occurred in several Arizona cities, including Phoenix, where Fast and Furious was managed, as well as in El Paso, where a total of 42 weapons from the operation were seized at two crime scenes.

"Libyan Rebels" create central bank, oil company

As analysts debate possible motives behind President Obama’s United Nations-backed military intervention in Libya, one angle that has received attention in recent days is the rebels’ seemingly odd decision to establish a new central bank to replace dictator Muammar Gadhafi's state-owned monetary authority — possibly the first time in history that revolutionaries have taken time out from an ongoing life-and-death battle to create such an institution, according to observers.

In a statement released last week, the rebels reported on the results of a meeting held on March 19.
