Well, at least she's taking a stab in some direction other than that
proscribed. One can bet it went over a lot of their heads... and watch
the guy in suit sitting behind her. He looked like he was going to start
chewing on that paper.

How the Lincoln myth was hatched
Media opposition to the Republican Party, which was the federal
government for the next several generations, was rendered prostrate. The
South was under military occupation for twelve years after the war.
Consequently, ministers there were ordered to deliver sermons deifying
Lincoln while many Southern newspapers were forced to do the same. These
editors were “installed by Union armies” in the occupied South, as Tagg
explains. Southern journalists were made to understand that the penalty
for challenging the newly-invented Lincoln mythology was the “terror of
confiscation and imprisonment.” Not surprisingly, there were “sudden
proclamations of Lincoln’s nobility” all throughout the South as well as
the North. Thus were born the myths and superstitions about America’s
most reviled president.

Willowtown Column: Prepping for slavery
Thousands or maybe tens of thousands across this
country who are aware enough of possible scenarios are ‘prepping’
by storing up groceries, learning to garden and practicing animal
husbandry such as our ancestors did. Some of them are digging in, buying
weapons and ammunition for some kind of heroic last stand.

Willowtown Column: Newswhores howling over Ron Paul’s CPAC win
As I’ve written before I don’t agree with Ron Paul on everything, but he’s the only one I see who will at least attempt a real effort to get the Federal beast back in its cage. This will ultimately require more than a single lion tamer, especially if our enemies are as determined as many think.

Swiss vote to keep army guns at home
Switzerland, which has the highest rate of suicide
by firearms in Europe, voted Sunday to hold fast to its long-standing
tradition of letting citizens keep army-issue weapons at home.
A referendum, launched by a coalition of non-governmental groups,
religious authorities and centre-left parties, pushed to have the
weapons stored in armouries instead.
--- Now if only the rest of the Europeans would
disengage their heads from their posteriors. Maybe they are, see next
link... And the newswhores need to be informed that the enemies of
Liberty are not 'centre-left' but communists. And it seems to me that
the 'far-right' Swiss People's Party is the party of Liberty. But then,
one can't expect a newswhore to tell the whole truth. It would blow
their little minds.

Multiculturalism has failed, says French president
French President Nicolas Sarkozy declared Thursday
that multiculturalism had failed, joining a growing number of world
leaders or ex-leaders who have condemned it.
"My answer is clearly yes, it is a failure," he said in a television
interview when asked about the policy which advocates that host
societies welcome and foster distinct cultural and religious immigrant
groups.
--- Gee, how many raghead ghettos did they have to
build to figure that out?

And are the Brits getting a clue?
He included several links about 'halal' slaughter.
Of course any time an animal is killed by a hunter it basically bleeds
to death, unless the bullet/arrow/whatever damages a certain part of the
brain. This is a quick process compared to a pack of wolves or lions or
hyenas beginning to feed on an animal that is still alive...

6000 Brits march against Islam
In a show of force over 6000 non-Muslims proudly marched through the heavily Muslim populated city of Luton. The rally was organized by strongmen of the UK, the English Defence League (EDL). The UK is not dead yet, and we need to support our mates who are going to keep the Britishness in Britain!
--- Now they need to wake up to who wrote the laws
that allowed the fundamentalist ragheads to gain so much ground over
there, and open "Liberal"(commie) season.

Who needs 'gun control' when our domestic enemies can simply ban ammo?
Gun owners were jubilant. A seemingly easy victory had been won. Still, for some of us, there was a sense that this had been a known danger (see “Rights Watch” column “Getting the Lead Out” in the Sept. 2008 issue), and it should not have caught so many of us by surprise. After all, NSSF claimed Jackson “was responsible for banning bear hunting in New Jersey,” and yet she was confirmed by the Senate despite that established history. Supporting such candidates should always be graded as an anti-gun vote. We just can’t afford to let them slip under the radar.
--- If we can give billions and billions to foreign
governments, then we can afford to hand out ammo to our local militias for training and
killing commies...

In 2009 Kentucky’s ninth grade white students were bested in federal testing by whites in every state shown in green in this map. Only in one state in the entire country, West Virginia, did whites get scores that were statistically significantly lower. Since whites make up about 85 percent of Kentucky’s public school population, it is clear that the vast majority of our students perform behind their peers in other states.
--- This concept can be applied to a lot of
things...

Republicrats find 'politics' of anti-patriot act 'tricky'
House Republicans lost their first vote of the year
this week on a measure to extend the USA Patriot Act after failing to
count noses within their own caucus and shedding the support of dozens
of Democrats who voted against the very same provisions they approved a
year ago when they were in charge.
The vote was a lesson in political opportunism, but also highlighted the
challenge Republicans face being in the majority and the freedom
Democrats enjoy in being able to vote without the pressure of delivering
on behalf of President Obama, who had asked them to embrace the
provisions.
--- There's nothing 'tricky' about it. The idiots
need to be repealling laws, about 100 for every one they pass, for the
next 100 years. The Fed Nazis had all the laws they needed before they
allowed 9/11 to happen.

Ditching unwritten rules for Senate freshmen, Paul does it his way
Rand Paul has broken with
tradition by eschewing the unwritten rules for freshman senators: Keep a
low profile, learn the chamber’s arcane procedures and cozy up to senior
colleagues.
Unlike ex-Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), Sen. Al Franken
(D-Minn.) and many others, Paul (R-Ky.) has tried to drive policymaking
in the upper chamber instead of sitting quietly in the back.
--- Maybe we do finally have someone up there with a
backbone, or a conscience. Most of them lack both.

More wealthy DC residents registering guns
Police data shows that since the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Washington's handgun ban more than 2 1/2 years ago, hundreds of residents in the District's safest and wealthiest areas have registered handguns - more than those in poor areas with higher crime.
--- Nothing new about this propaganda. Of course in the commie rulebook the poor should be able to rob whomever they please with no one being able to fight back, just as the government should be able to rob and kill whomever it pleases, with no one able to fight back.
Can't wait to see those newswhores during
"Liberal"(commie) season. They should die first for all the years of
lies.

NRA says Pro-Gun Legislation on the Move in Kentucky

be the most important one,
The Kentucky Firearms Freedom Act, that will basically tell the BATF

SB 33 still appears to be stuck in the Judiciary commitee. The
commies are apparently too afraid of the idea of citizens owning real
Second Amendment weapons. The Judiciary Committee normally
meets on

‘Project Gunwalker’ allegations bolstered by Project Gunrunner indictments
“Grand juries have returned
multi-count indictments in five cases against 34 defendants accused of
assisting Mexican Drug Trafficking Organizations with illegally
trafficking firearms from the United States to Mexico,” a Jan. 25 press
release from the District of Arizona Office of the United States
Attorney announced. It was accompanied by a press conference, one Mike
Vanderboegh of the Sipsey Street Irregulars blog and I had been tipped
off to in advance, and then contacted reporters urging them to attend
and suggesting questions to ask, particularly about guns recovered at
the murder scene of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.

And the congress commies' 'wish list' for our most basic right
On Feb. 3, the Congressional Research Service, the
policy and legal analysis branch of the Library of Congress, released a
report titled “Gun Control Legislation” by William J. Krouse, Specialist
in Domestic Security and Crime Policy.
--- The evil ones are still among us. With a Constitutional Amendment
forbidding such we could have them where they belong: in front of a
firing squad after a speedy treason trial.

'Don't let House Republicans wimp out on promises'
When Republicans were
campaigning to capture control of the House of Representatives last
year, they promised to cut at least $100 billion in spending in their
first year.
Last week, however, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis.,
unveiled his budget numbers for 2011, revealing cuts of only $58 billion
in the first year.

Z-Medica Introduces QuikClot Z-Fold Combat Gauze for the Rest of Us
There is one difference though with the Combat Gauze
LE and that’s the removal of the X-Ray detectable strip that runs

FDA thing or not, but maybe the FDA sees the X-Ray strip as promoting an
“invasive” procedure and the regulations are different.

Quote for the times
"In peace, as a wise man, he should make suitable preparation for war. —In pace, ut sapiens, aptarit idonea bello." - Quintus Horatius Flaccus Horace 65 BC-8 BC) Roman poet - Odes.
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms
to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their
future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically
un-volunteer later.)
