This was leaked today from a confidential source within the U.N.'s bureaucracy. It seems the global leadership has lost their minds and are veering away from their decades long effort to enslave humanity and are instead embracing human Liberty. They realize this may need to be tweaked somewhat before finalization and will soon be seeking public input. They really do care what we think.

We the people of Planet Earth and all humans everywhere declare the following -

The most basic right any creature is born with is the right to fight back, especially against abuse or enslavement, characteristics of government which goes against civilization, logic, reason and higher thought.

Authoritarianism has taken many forms throughout human history and still haunts us today. The human race must stop choosing one form of authoritarianism over another in order to live in Liberty.

This being recognized and acknowledged and acquiesced to by the governments, authorities, institutions and any other body or individual which may seek to hold or gain any kind of power over human kind the following is declared.

The right to freedom of speech, protest, writing and publication, by whatever technological means available at the time shall not be abridged nor infringed.

No religion, philosophy nor belief system except that of the respect of human Liberty shall hold sway or ultimate power over humans nor their governments in any shape nor form.

Since 'We the people' means the people are the government and those who work for and in the governments serve the people, and all elected, appointed or hired public servants are servants, not masters of the people, then the people shall maintain a monopoly on force over those who would rule them. Thus every human being of adult age, generally thought to be 18 or greater, has the natural born right to whatever weaponry is commonly carried or might be carried by any soldier, Marine or whatever designation of any government fighting force anywhere. This does not forbid the possessing nor bearing of arms of superior technological development to those commonly carried by soldiers, Marines or soldiers, et al.

Those not of age under the permission of an adult may bear whatever arms are deemed necessary for self defense against government and common criminals except in a time of war or rebellion against oppressive government during which time no permission is required. Those without legal guardians shall be provided a process whereby they can acquire permission without a lengthy drawn out process.

All children shall be provided the opportunity to learn skills of self defense against oppressive authoritarian governments and common criminals.

All human beings have the right to possess, carry or bear whatever weaponry they feel necessary to protect themselves where ever they are. Those elected, appointed or hired public servants who bring this into question are to be immediately arrested, tried for treason against the liberty of humankind and executed.

In order to protect property and life no one shall be judged a criminal unless they have truly harmed, damaged or removed the property, health or life of another human being. Laws against possession are forbidden.

Violent criminals convicted of violent crimes are to be held in prison, if not executed, until such time as a body of experts determines them to be safe to be released to society whereupon all their rights shall be restored. If they cannot be trusted with weapons they are not to be released from prison or whatever institution they are incarcerated within. Non-violent felons when released from prison immediately have all rights restored. Judges who release potentially violent criminals upon society are to be held liable for their crimes.

Property rights are sacrosanct for individual human beings. This may include a person's farmland, backyard, down to the shirt on their backs and their very lives and may not be brought into question. 'Takings' of property for 'public use' for roads or other truly needed public purposes will be accompanied by a lengthy process of determining the value of the property after development whereby the landowner will be paid based on post development values of the land neighboring the property to be taken or the property in question if it's value is to significantly increase.

Since governments are known to be the most dangerous institutions of human history the choosing of those who work within those governments is of utmost importance. Voting for those who wish to be elected public servants is to be considered the only privilege. All who wish to vote in any government election on any level must show they are legal citizens of the country and/or area they reside in and by passing a test that they are literate in the language of the land they reside in and wish to vote within, understand the history of their own country, the history of liberty and slavery which is bound up in human history and the importance of maintaining small limited government under the control of 'We the People' who always maintain a monopoly on force over their governments.

Those who do vote will receive a receipt upon voting and will be able by noon the next day to check their votes against their receipt in an online(internet) tally that will be viewable by anyone with internet access. Corrections in improperly counted votes are to be made on the local level. All votes will be viewable by all witnesses so that anyone or any group can acquire their own tally since governments and political parties have historically proven themselves untrustworthy. All votes will be public so we can know who the authoritarians among us are and deal with them.

Election results are not to be 'officially announced' before noon the next day. All news media outlets are forbidden to discuss or report on election results until said 'official announcement' to prevent manipulation of results.

All forms of socialism/communism/collectivism/authoritarianism/democracy(which is another form of manipulation) are hereby banned from any and all governments, institutions, or any body capable of holding power or bearing force against any individual human being or groups of human beings. Elected, appointed or hired public servants who lie about this are to be immediately arrested, tried for treason against human Liberty and executed.

All words within this document are and will forever be considered to be defined by common dictionaries of the time period this document was written and not by any 'legal' dictionary nor any other kind of dictionary.

Those who don't or cannot agree with the above and thus are incapable of living in peace and Liberty with their neighbors are to be removed to a continent, preferably Australia, where they can spend the rest of their pathetic cowardly existences unmolested as long as they don't try to spread their authoritarian evil over the planet anymore. To attempt do so will carry the sentence of death.

The people of Australia who don't wish to exist along side such vermin shall be provided the opportunity to sell their property for a fair price and move to the country of their choice.

Wouldn't the freaks freak out if we started teaching young men and women what they are going to be forced to know some day because their parents sat on their asses and pretended Liberty could be won back with 'peace and love.?

What a pathetic lot we amerikans are. Especially the peace nicks in the so-called Liberty movement who are mimicking the commie insurrectionists of the 'anti-war'(pro-commie) movement of the 1960s whose real goal was to pacify their enemies so they wouldn't fight back. They apparently succeeded.

Our civilization has been taken from mindless aggression to mindless pacifism. The latter is the most dangerous by far. We must put knowledge of our most basic right, that of self-defense, back into the hands and minds of the young, or they are doomed to be mindless pacified slaves, and most importantly 'victims' who can be used as pawns by those who seek to maintain their power over us all.
